Quality Inn - Denton

Not much, it was OK but problems.

At check in, they wanted a cash payment because they said "third-party provider" had not charged the correct amount. Paying the cash was the only way they would issue me a key. I had a stay booked there return trip and I immediately cancelled it.

Bed, sheets, and pillows were comfortable for the price. Staff was great.

Elevator was out, ice machine was out on our floor, and no one came to clean our room one day.

The ad stated it had a pool, it didn't. The towels were stained, we used our towels that we brought for the pool they didnt have. Would not stay here again.

It was clean and included breakfast at a reasonable price.

There were dead bugs in drawers. Only a single bath towel in the room. Some of the sheets didn't looked like they had been washed. The air conditioner worked sporadically.

Convenient to attractions I was going to be attending. If you plan on being out of the room 99.99% of the time and don't want to spend the money this room will fit the bill. If you ant to stay in and hang out more than that 0.01% then maybe more expensive

the room a/c had an odor, produced a horrible humid feeling. The bathroom sink was clogged, the shower was clogged and the blow drying started smoking when my wife tried to use it. The caulking was stained and or molded. The bath towels, stained. gross

Very old and so many issues. Bathroom doors don’t work, elevator is scary.

The beds are hard as the floor and pillows are just as bad . I’ve actually never had such a bad night at a hotel. You could smell pot being smoked in the other rooms.

The ladies at the front desk were nice !

The WiFi kept requiring me to login every 5 minutes and watch a video to login , had no choice but to use WiFi because there’s terrible service that area. I also didn’t like the housekeeping service the bed sheets when I first gotthereandtowelshavestains

It was clean , Staff were very nice, older building but kept very clean

The unexpected cash deposit, but I got it right back when I checked out.… All you have to do keep your room clean be careful with stains and you will get your money Back

They advertised "Indoor Swimming Pool" but no pool, and none of the vending machines are working or the lobby restrooms. I left and demanded cancellation of my reservation and a refund.

Also the Meth Heads panhandling in the parking lot!

It was a place to sleep indoors.

Staff was not welcoming, shower and toilet were for really short people, stains on the sheets, stains in the shower, air conditioner was not able to regulate. Really bad experience.

There was no tv remote in the room ~ so he moved me to a different room (I?d already unpacked and was in my pj?s). It was almost midnight..

Great location for us. Quiet room with no significant road noise. Well equipped room w microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. Excellent TV channels. Free breakfast and coffee. Good shower and bathroom.

Bed was quite soft, otherwise clean and comfortable.

The page says has indoor pool, doesn?t have a pool at all. We had no towels in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was good but very limited and if you want hot breakfast get there early because it gets taken up very quickly.

It is really old and has been cleaned up to look better. The elevator needs some work. It is very scary, bumpy, and loud.

I didn't like the elevator not working and being on the 3rd floor, sheets were wrinkles and it the room was dingy, felt dirty, tub not cleaned

"Hot breakfast" consisted of one biscuit, one sausage patty, one rubbery over hard egg, and an undercooked waffle. Main lights in the room did not work, and hotel did not offer and bedding for a 2 year old.
