Was locked out my room and then the hotel clerk said I must've pushed a button on the inside that would prevent me from entering back into my room. He was clueless as to why the door wouldn't open. Cause there was no button. Really bad experience.

Staff was nice, location was good easy to locate.

Pictures online make the hotel look a lot better than what it really is, prices should be lower for this hotel.

The pictures featured online are not recent pictures, the actual rooms look dated and not renovated.

Bathroom door & microwave broken, no breakfast. Had a room marked employees only where i found coffee, juice and sour curdled milk. Asked not to clean room. They took bath towels returned only hand towels. Asked desk for towel he would only give us one.

The staff was nice and helpful with the issues we had with the room, the room was clean, and was okay for one night stay.

The room did not have a microwave, refrigerator, or enough pillows but the staff did get these things for us as soon as we made the issues known. The location was a little scary at night and you didn't want to leave your room after dark.

The motel was torn down. We had to stay at a cheap motel with higher prices.. We were not happy at all.

It was just fine for the price. Any small concerns the management took care of immediately. Very helpful as they were overbooked but worked with me even though I made a last minute reservation.

Not really. Missing a TV remote but they found me one.

I only liked the location of the hotel.

I didn't like the beds, cleanliness, or the fact that the pool was under maintenance.

There location. It was perfect. It was close to my daughter's apartment.

I didn't get a chance to find out. That's why I gave them a poor rating. There was no n/a option. The front desk staff said, they didn't have our reservation. Even though, we showed them the confirmation #, etc. We had to find, a motel out of town.

Poor service at hotel. Many dings and mechanical sound from vehicle.

The door to one of our rooms flat out didn't lock. Nothing was done after the problem was verified by an employee. Towel had lipstick on it that definitely wasn't mine.

The price but I'm assuming it was because of the bike ride.
