Hampton Inn & Suites Denton

The location was great, the room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The beds were TERRIBLE. It was very difficult to sleep because of how uncomfortable they were. Both folks at the front desk were unhelpful. A different room should have been offered. Maids didn't speak English so I couldnt ask for blankets.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was laid out well. It was very clean in all areas.

There were a few little things, like the elevator was out of service the first day and we had to carry everything up 3 flights of warm stairs. There was never tea in the breakfast area. Our drain was clogged in the tub.

Parking was available, lobby area was clean, pool was clean, breakfast was great.

The restroom in the hotel rooms are small.

The blackout curtain still lets a lot of light in. Had to use pillows to push it closed more.

The auto thermostat did not work, we requested the bathtub be unstuck ? it was ignored, no one told us we had to request maid service,

Clean, friendly, water and coffee throughout the day in lounge.

The breakfast was awesome with lots of selections, the location is close to a lot of stores and restaurants

Clean bed and shower. This is my second time to come to quality Inn in Deming this week. But definitely will be seeing a lot more of it, as we travel back-and-forth to Texas from California a lot. The people here have all been extremely friendly!

Location

We ordered a king size room and given a double queen. It would have been nice to have been told why. There was no luggage rack or dirty clothes bag. We prefer the king size room for the 2 chairs in order to sit and eat and not have to sit on a bed.

I booked this hotel for the location being close to my daughter's apartment. It was clean but in disrepair, if that makes sense.

I checked in at 10 pm, was told the elevator is broken and I was on the 3rd floor. DId I want a refund? Really? My door did not lock properly and could be pushed open. The toilet took 5-7 minutes to refill for flushing.

Nice rooms and facility and pleasant staff except for one notable exception.

Elevator out of service upon arrival and still out during checkout with very unresponsive front desk when inquiring about it. When asked for luggage assistance the response was this is not a full service hotel. Definitely not a three:star as rated!

Breakfast was good.

Elevator was out so we had to climb stairs. No washcloths in the bathroom and the desk clerk did not know what a washcloth was due to limited communication skills. There was a half used bottle of lotion in our room. Not too impressed here.

I booked 2 weeks in advance. They gave my room to someone else, then the agent tried telling me I had already checked in. Had to be relocated. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I did not like that we went to check in to the hotel the day of our daughters wedding only to find out they over booked both our rooms. I don¿t know how this happened since we reserved the room 3 weeks prior to that day. Very poor experience!

Everything was new. Beds carpet wallpaper ect. Good selection at breakfast.

My entrance cards were deactivated and found the door in my room open. Fortunately nothing was missing.
