Comfort Inn Near UNT

Some staff. Tv was broken and remote was broken and they did nothing to accommodate for it.

It was nasty like a quality inn. I have pics. Dirty and low maintenance I should have stayed at any of the six cheaper ones next door.

The price was great and the breakfast was good. The television didn’t work. Poor WiFi.

There were two homeless women in the lobby and they stayed there all night and were asking to use our room to shower the following morning. We were on the first floor and heard some member of the hotel staff yelling at a woman at 5 am.

It was dirty and the floor was sticky. The bathtub did not have a stopper. The tv did not work. We eneded up leaving a day early because it was so bad!

You can hear the people next door through the emergency door between the rooms

Forgot something? Just ask the front desk, and we will let you know we do not care about it. We forgot a red jacket and called the front desk to arrange a time to pick it up on the same day. They said: "We trashed everything right after you checked out."

The location was close to UNT.

-bedding had stains and spots all over it. -room was not cleaned -smelled like mildew -phone did not work to call lobby -got a new room but bedding was ripped and the room still smelled

BED BUGS!!! And refusal to refund the room! Front desk was rude as if I should be at fault. The outside environment of the hotel was sketchy to begin with, the smell of the lobby was mixture of curry and mold. For $---, I expect it to at least be clean.

Needs to be updated, friendlier staff, sheets were stained and dirty, not a pleasant experience overall

Clean rooms

Location is terrible. Homeless people sleeping outside and begging for money. Did not feel safe outside especially after dark

Good room with Direct TV and ozy. Breakfast was fair

Pool door would not open and staff could not gwt it open. I chose Hotal for the pool so that was disappointing

Location near UNT was deceiving. Location was sketchy so cancelled reservation. The front desk was very nice about it though, so I would give him a good rating.

AC not working and had dust balls all in it, the fridge broken didnt work The light was out in bathroom, crumbs all down in the chair and the mirror bathroom dusty. They charged me 150 for the deposit & didnt inform me first. ???

Comfortable beds. Hot breakfast. No bed bugs. No roaches.

Everything: cheap breakfast I got sick first morning had explisive diarrhea , cheap plastic silverware, staff about as cold as could be, parking lot and outside of hotel is filthy, non kept, cigarette butts everywhere, no pride in their hotel.

It needs repairs. Baseboards are not there. It was not clean.

Location of the hotel was easy access to all attractions in Denton.

First night elevator went out of order. Two of the exit doors were closed off to the parking areas due to maintenance issues. Major water leak and damage to the first floor hall. All four floors smelled musky of mold/mildew including our room.

Originally assigned room was dirty and bathtub leaked. Requested new room which had big stains on the floor.
