The bathroom was clean and the showers were refreshing

We had to change rooms because the TV nor the Refrigerator worked.

The motel's website said there was a shuttle to the airport (what I needed)when I got there the front desk informed me that they don't offer a shuttle to the airport. Hed to send extra $20 on an Uber. The TV didn't work and only 1 light had a bulb.

Dirty, holes in walls, unsafe. I did not stay.

Receptionist English very poor, uncooperative and during the night there was no one at reception, only two cats walking on the counter. Half of the hotel was under construction. There weren't even disposable cups to take a coffee from breackfast

Old, in serious need of a remodeling ASAP but close it down while they remodel. Half of the hotel was closed to remodeling and there was no AC outside of room

Everything. I was triple charged. They were only supposed to charge the room plus $25 deposit. They charged me $150 when no damages were done and it was not smokied in if I could give zero Stars I would

The room was clean.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. The hotel advertised a hotel shuttle. When we arrived, we tried to schedule the shuttle, and we were told they have not had one for years. Front desk people were disorganized, short when asked questions, and somewhat rude.

It was inexpensive and close to the airport.

Booked because it was listed as having airport shuttle service and the did not. No compensation for the additional expense to get to the hotel. The worst part is it doesn't appear as if they are trying to fix the listing.

Hotel was horribly dark outside, falling apart, rancid, and no staff ever came to the front desk. I did not stay.

Worst hotel I?ve ever walked into. Please remove them from your site.

The night staff (male) was very friendly & helpful

This hotel does not have shuttle service. There was a distinctive odor and the room had old furniture and wall plugs that did not work. Some of the lamps also did not work. The breakfast was not enough for $120 stay. I am disappointed!

The swimming pool was dirty with green standings water. The girl at the front desk was rude and the required deposit was inconsistent the night said cash out card the day shift said card only... The hotel smells old

Staff was very nice

Car with a broken window right by the front door made me feel unsafe. Trash all through the halls and loud music coming out of several room. The room I received had little flies dive bombing you and the door looked as if it was kicked in at one time.

Airport shuttle was not provided as per web page. The pool was horribly unsanitary and unusable. The rooms smelled.

No security in this hotel, my car was broken into before heading to airport at 4 am.

Unsafe location. Much trash junk and trash. I never left hotel once I entered. Extremely dirty. Carpet in halls stained. Walls much dirt and paint had chips. I only stayed because I was too tired to try other locations.
