Restroom was dirty. Hair was on the shower floor. I have photos. Floor had shoe prints. Carpet was musty/dingy. I could feel it on my bare feet. We checked in late and I was tired so I made the best of it.

It was clean and all in working order.

I don't like back-lit mirrors in the bathroom. It puts your face in a shadow when you apply makeup.

The food was amazing for breakfast which is rare at a lot of hotels. The staff was amazing and very attentive and always had a smile. Definitely will stay again in the future

The room was very clean and spacious. All appliances were fully functional.

Unfortunately yes, my TV in my room did not work, I didn't have enough towels. Bathroom was dirty and I didn't have blankets for the sofa bed in my suite.

The staff was very friendly. The gentleman on duty very helpful in letting us know that they were in the remodeling process & we would still get breakfast but as to go. The facility was clean even though construction was going on. Will stay here again.

Staff could be a little more friendly

There was a staff that was on the elevator and he was the absolute sweetest person.

The room smelled like dog piss, the a/c was filthy with dust and the room was designed like a motel 6 with cheap furniture which doesn¿t match the cost of the hotel.

Hotel was being renovated. This was not clear in booking. Hampton Inn across the street looked much better.

We booked because of the location, we we so impressed with the staff. They were warm and welcoming. My first time in Texas left me wanting to return. We enjoyed our stay, thanks for your hospitality and kindness.

It's location was great to the place where I was working. The shower water was cold. Did not get hot after water was running for 20 mins. No phone hookup to call the front desk. Not the best customer services.

breakfast was a big disappointment. Instead of the usual generous buffet, we had scrambled eggs and bacon. That's it. No toast. No hashbrowns or grits. No cereal, no fruit, no yogurt, nothing else. eggs + bacon. The end

The property was well cleaned.

Front desk clerk was disappointing. I stood at desk for 5 mins before he materialized hiccuping constantly. It happens, but there were no apologies for my wait or his hiccups. He just handed me my key w/out checking my ID or getting a CC for incidentals.

The hotel room was a handicap room, so it was quite large and spacious. The bedding was comfortable. The location was ideal to everything from restaurants to shopping to businesses.

There was no lighting in the sitting/desk area; no lamps nor any ceiling lights. It was so dark in the room! Guess oil & gas or something similar is alive and well in the area because the mid-week rate was crazy expensive for the level of hotel.
