Travelodge by Wyndham Decatur TX I-287

It was not crowded for an obvious reason, computer was down, cash only.

Besides cash only, the least item was no coffee in the morning. Even Motel 6 has coffee to go in the morning.

Hotel was dirty, bed had rails sticking out and my son jabbed his ankles on it and cut it open, then then sofa had pieces of metal sticking out my husband cut his foot on. No Coffee in room or hotel for that matter. Good hotel if you want by the hour

it definitely needs updating. Hallway rugs, room curtains, don¿t advertise continental breakfast if there isn¿t any. Just wanted fresh coffee-none. Lobby looked like a jungle. I love plants, but this was way too much. Would not recommend for a stay.

Hard to give a good rating due to the water outage in Decatur. Not the motels fault but made the whole weekend unpleasant.

No cable on TV, just Dallas network channels. The fridge was frozen up and barely cooled even in the freezer section. Didn't want to defrost it and end up dumping water all over.

Hotel was close to my desired location, staff was alway very helpful, courteous and professional.

Found a wasp in my room upon arrival.

Price. Location. Friendly staff. Easy check-in process and very accessible.

It was right off the expressway and close to the downtown area.

The place was old and not updated. The AC unit was loud and it made it difficult to sleep. The room was not very clean, and there was hair all over the place.

the daytime clerk was rude a n d the hotel room wS dirty. A/c did not work in upstairs hallway

When the A/C in our room did not work, maintenance was there quickly to check it out. When they decided they could not repair it, we were moved to another room with no problem. Very good customer service.

NothingRoom filthy. Loaf of moldy bread in drawer, Emily bottle in another. Location awful and dangerous, no frontage road with direct access to freeway. Hard to find and difficult to access. No restaurants close by. Not even coffee available early

This place was terrible

It is right near everything that you would look for when staying the night in a town on a travel trip, Wal-Mart, about every kind of food establishment, etc.

Wish it had a turning lane closer to the entrance of the hotel.

the staff is super helpful, and the pool is great! since i am not a fan of a/c, i like that the guest can open the window in the room (2nd floor).

Staff was friendly, hotel and rooms were clean.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The next day we were all having trouble with our back hurting.

Breakfast was good everything was clean and organized and breakfast area, Staff was nice and area was great. It was quiet and served its purpose for a few hours of sleep we needed for our trip. It was a great price.

Bathroom was not clean. Had hair in tub, floor, and on back of toilet. The beds we're like sleeping on a floor.

The bed was so uncomfortable. We have stayed here several times and beds just are not comfortable. The pillows were really flat, too. All that being said, we will continue to stay here.

Easy to get to

The pull out bed was flat as a rock... And you felt the bars threw the flat mattress.. Was not worth the extra 15 bucks.. People above us started stomping and hotel just made a excuse.. Started at 6 in the morning... Won't stay there ever again!!!!

Friendly and courteous service.

Bed was to hard. Unable to sleep most of the night. Prior stays bed was ok. Maybe just time to change the mattress?

It was nice and clean the staff was very courteous was a very nice room made my trip more pleasant for such a long drive.

The first 'non-smoking' room I was assigned had cigarette burns and smelled like cigarette smoke. I called the front desk to switch rooms. The man at the desk was real friendly, and the next room was a lot better. The cleaning crew did a great job.

There is an indoor pool, but it was not heated as the sign out front indicated. A lot of rocks at the bottom could be chlorine build-up? The workout room is where the sauna is supposed to be, and it was locked.
