The heated clean pool area w/Jacuzzi and breakfast!

The tiny tiny small pillows, if that's what you call them? The water pressure dripped out of the shower head.

Breakfast included and nice pool woth spa.

Many things: noisy, blinds didn't close fully in the room, elevator was out of service date and very bouncy, staff made a mistake and deactivated our cards and housekeeping entered our room despite the do not disturb sign in place.

Best room - large, clean, well-maintained

Very upset that we were charged a $50 pet fee for one night. More than half of the daily room charge. $20 or $25 would have been more reasonable. I also wouldn¿t have booked this hotel had I known of this fee in advance.

Location. Breakfast is wonderful.

Pool was closed. Room was a little shabby. I¿ve stayed here several times over the years. Carpet loose in spots. Bathroom door was damaged I assume by a dog. Needs an upgrade for sure.

Had a bad experience trying to get someone to answer the phone for booking,it took over an hour and no one answered, ending up driving to hotel booking our room

I liked the location.

The pillows were filthy and old. The mattresses were to soft and lumpy. The room was not clean.

I didn't like just one bedsheet and then a heavy blanket. It was too hot to sleep under the blanket and too cold for just one sheet ... but the bed was very comfortable.

They didn¿t have soap. They didn¿t have coffee. It was seedy. The bench at the foot of the bed was dirty and stained. Would never stay there again!

Very quiet, clean hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful. Location is close to many restaurants and less than a mile from downtown. Breakfast is offered (toasted bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc)

Difficulty in getting to it. Hotel is visible, but turn in is difficult to see. Also a pain to get back to.

Ease of check-in and staff was very courteous and professional and they all did a great job.

Thin walls! Somewhat tedious navigating to the street that the hotel is on as you first get off the highway.

Price

Very hard to get to from interstate, driveway very difficult to locate especially at night. Was disappointed with open shampoo/conditioner bottles left in shower, unaccountable with what’s going on these days. Cleanliness is key.

Location is perfect for me in Decatur!

Trash cans in hallways next to ice machines never get taken out. I told the front desk about it and right away she handled it herself!

With Covid, the front desk gave me choices for room cleaning. (This was a 4 nt stay) the room was very clean, even the duvet smelled SO fresh!

A little bit harder to get to from my daily jobsite in comparison to other hotels I have stayed at recently in Decatur.

The front desk people were friendly and always helpful. The hotel as well as my room was very clean. Room amenities were provided by the front desk people on request during my 4 day stay. The on the go sack breakfast was nice to have.

COVID changes much of the expectations which would normally be offered. That being said they provided hot coffee and water for tea, hot chocolate in the morning in addition to the on the go breakfast.

Fairly quick check-in and check-out process.

Though they had all of us in one room. I had reservations for three rooms. That was handled quickly. There were small roaches in my sons room and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut correctly. Had to use force to close it. No pets allowed.

With the restrictions of COVID 19, they could only offer sack breakfasts. Small water, bruised apple and tiny prepackaged cinnamon bun. Would think they offered a bit better
