Everything about this hotel was truly amazing

Very nice location
I paid for 2 days so that I could drive in and check in early. I arrived and my reservation was canceled without any email notification. And therefore I was left with no room for 4 hours until i was able to book somewhere else to stay.

Good location city view
Not worth paying for. Room Smelled like weed super strong it was nasty. Rooftop bar was closed just cuz of rain.

Location is good. Close to Baylor Scot and white.
There is no free parking. You have to valet park. Our room was not clean. There were smudge prints on the window. Floor was dirty. Everything else was fine. Beds are uncomfortable. The elevator sometimes takes you to a different floor than what was selected.

I love the roof top bar and how you can see they skyline view while sitting on the patio under the fireplace. The bartender was great. The drinks were awesome. The rooms are very spacious
Great experience at the property but, I just feel they should hire at least 2 people on the weekends doing valet parking being that it does tends to get busy and myself and others who were staying at the location had to wait on their vehicles because they only have 1 person working valet. That area needs help BAD!

The room was clean.
The room was a little small. They wanted to refuse me service because of what type of visa card I had. The only way they didn't turn us around was if they triple charged us the incidental fee.

Good Location
Didn't like having to Pay for Valet, they don't offer any alternative. Not good to me, having to check with Valet every time you have to go.

The location was great, staff helpful and very clean. We were happy with the parking also.

Location was good, walking distance to Reunion tower, JFK plaza, Elm street restaurents etc. Good hotel with nice gym.
Breakfast was not included for the high cost of 1 night I felt. Small bistro is near the reception where you have to buy your own BF.
