The staff is rude and the shower was dirty so was the room

The hotel looks dirty and stink. In the bathroom there was black mold in the floor. One of the bed didn't have comforter it was a very bad experience

Nothing they stole my deposit

They stole my deposit then I called and complained they said wait then I waited and said that the pending the positive $50 was completed and now they keep hanging up on me

The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were quite efficient and very helpful.

First room had the smoke detector pulled out and it smelled like smoke. The second room had a shower door that had a broken door handle and it wouldn?t shut so water got out and soaked the floor mat. The electrical outlet between the beds didn?t work.

l had to pay 2nd time, since my rspv was gone after arriving otel at 5 am in the morning. My flight was delayed and your web page and confirmation email did not mention that clearly. Additionally, your customer service and hotel management did not help me

Worst hotel I can remember, There was mold in the showers. When we asked for another room, they told us they were sold out. (The lot was not very full, so...) Was told the stains where not mold but just peeling finish. BS

What i like best is it's location. It is walking distance from the Galatyn Park train station which is necessary for me because i currently do not own a vehicle.

The first room i was assigned had a faulty AC unit and would not blow cold air but after bringing it to the attention of the front desk, the issue was fixed right away by assigning me a different room.

Everything was a mess over here at this hotel. The room was stinking, roaches in the room. I even took photos of some of the roaches. It was bad and a horrible experience

Yes. Checking in, the agent appeared like she was under influence, their was an odor of weed at lobby. Checking out the agent was very an helpful. I will not book same hotel again

Room 130. Blood spatter on the wall, ceiling. Shower door didn't close properly water everywhere. Rod in the shower corroded and dangerous. Huge wall with unfinished drywall.Floor was gummy and I walked around with shoes on. The bed was very uncomfortable

The front desk staff was very nice and helped me cancel two of my three nights that I had reserved.

It was perhaps the dirtiest hotel room I had ever stayed in. We ended up just spending a few hours there. None of the plugs in the room worked either.

The room, the guy told us it was a hot breakfast, waffles is the only hot item for breakfast. the 1st room was under repair and the curtain was see threadbare and see through. Then we discovered a dirty shower with a dried bar of soap on the broken handle
