The Westin Dallas Downtown

Rooms were excellent and very clean.

Even in one of the upper floors, rather noisy from outside. Not the hotels fault, just a busy area.

The location is good as far as restaurants and things to do but it feels unsafe due to the high population of unhoused people.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and breakfast is overly expensive. $22 for basic buffet

Pool wasn’t available , furniture in shared spaces tired.

The price for the room is over rated. I have stayed at better places for equal or less expense.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It was an overall positive visit.

Directions from the parking garage to check in could have been more clear. It was easy to get lost upon arrival.

Downtown location was great. Nice, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

Coffee shop on premises was not run well. No food, understaffed, I paid for sandwich, they didn’t have it so I had a pastry. No burritos, no refund etc. I didn’t fuss because there was a long line. We maybe should’ve tried the restaurant.

It¿s clean and in a great location

It¿s a beautiful hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. They were very accommodating with my early arrival & Kate departure. The location is perfect to walk around downtown. If I come back to Dallas I¿ll stay here again. Nice gym & indoor pool.

Nothing I didn¿t like.

The hotel's location was great, rooms were clean and spacious. We were able to walk to get coffees and treats at nearby shops and the kids loved the indoor pool.

The hotel didn't seem to have enough luggage carts, so that made arrival and departure a little difficult. Front desk employee was not super helpful about getting adjoining rooms and I had the feeling it was because we'd booked a discount rate.
