Quiet, clean, convenient

The hallway our room was located in has kids across from us had the hallway smelling like smoke. But other wise than that it was cool.

Very clean, recently remodeled hotel, fresh paint and all. The room was immaculately clean. Very helpful staff.

The little fridge in the room was not plugged in, but I didn’t need to use it.

Cleanliness and location

Had to switch a few times for issues like noise at one time then for broken toilet bar and loose toilet seat . Third room AC was not cold enough.

Our room was dirty. A light bulb was out, no do not disturb sign available, bathroom smelled terrible, we had to use our own air freshener to help with the odor. Hair in the shower. A bad visit

The parking lot.

Yes, several things. They wouldn't let me leave my bags for an hour. Before check-in there were bugs They were often away from the desk and you have to wait for them to come back. There is no pool. It has been cemented over and the breakfast was sparse.

Location

9 flies invaded us. We finally figured out. They were crawling in through the sewer drain somehow.

Location and quietness

My room smelt bad The floor boards in the hallways were cranky

The hotel was super clean I really liked all the white and black marble everywhere updated, nice all around great deal

Very clean and friendly staff. Very helpful, I stayed there a month and never got an attitude.

Cant honestly complain about anything if i did it would be the most minor thing

I was given a room on the first floor

I was told this hotel was less than 5 minutes from the hospital I was going to. It was 30 minutes so I was late for my appointment

Front desk staff were friendly

Bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around in it! Toilet seat was broken!

They gave direction for dinner .

They did not refund me for my second night I did not stay and called the hotel but put on hold 4 times with the gal working that night.

One of the best hotel stays in the Dallas area. Room was clean, all amenities were there and worked. Staff was amicable. Would stay again.

Drinking fountain in fitness center was inoperable.

Nothing really stood out to be the best. Just average overall

I wish it was better valued. This hotel was bareboned. The bedding was tore, stains on the wall. An outlet/hone jack looked like it had caught on fire.

Location

Did not provide bath towels. Dried off by using a hand towel. The cabinet that the TV was located on was pulled away from the wall with wires and cable exposed in front of the tv. Appears someone was trying to steal the TV.

The room was upgraded to a nicer room. The gentleman at the desk spoke and ask how can he help me. This was the first time in the year& a half that I have been staying at this hotel that someone seem helpful.

The location

The front staff member was not friendly. The room I reserved was not available ¿¿. Instead of asking me if it was ok to put me in a Queen double he said this is what he had did I want it,If I didn't need a room I wouldn't have made a reservation.

Friendly staff. The location. Rooms are nice and spacious and comfortable.

Paint needs to be touched up in areas.

How clean it is. And freindly the staff is and the location is great.

The location & the cleanliness of the hotel were great. The housekeepers are friendly and helpful.
