The location was great. Good breakfast

Good location for us. Good breakfast.

The room was in a noisy part of the building. Next to an exit door that slammed shut all hours. The shower head was broken and the staff did not repair after being asked to do so.

Smelled like weed, the toilet had pubic hair stuck around the bottom,vending machine drinks were not cold

Staff excellent and very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was healthy with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Great coffee machine with cappucino, mocha, hot chocolate, etc. Rooms comfortable.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the conference next door. Great value for money. Had everything I needed. A great stay over all.

The location is pretty great, quiet, and charming. Plenty of options for breakfast and a W/D ON site for people who like to do their own laundry and such.

Breakfast could have lasted longer

I was kinda ifyy about this hotel but i can actually say it was a nice quiet and comfortable stay breakfast was good the coffee is great!!for those coffee lovers the two girls in the front i believe there names where Bera and Reed were very helpful thank you for making it a good stay for me great job i will be staying again if i ever go to addison again

the vending machine wanted a water bottle machine took my money twice did not have time to call the number on machine wasted $6.00 for a water andgot nothing

Back door which was beside my room was slamming really bad and making loud sound.Having a breakfast is a positive thing for a hotel, and this one has. But it was not that good. But since I don’t have any experience in American hotels, I can not copmpare. My experiences are from other continents

The room was very clean and there was a nice smell in the facility. The room were spacious.You where even able to open the window for some fresh air. The area seems safe and put together.

Location is good. I liked the view of the pool. Ambience of the room was good. Quiet place to stay.

The directions to the room were not clear(the signs). No Exhaust in/out of the bathroom. We were two people but were not provided two soaps. No mat adjacent to the bathtub to clean legs after shower. Mainly the bed was the worst(it's a sinking matress). Could not sleep on that bed(I recommend to buy Zinus Memory Foam bed- they are really good).
