Cons -

Arrival experience-staff was uncaring offered no information about hotel amenities or area
I didnt like the air conditioner. It kept making a noise throughout our stay. Maintenance came and tried to fix it but it kept happening. He mentioned the vents were old which was causing the issue.
I thought it was time for an attempt to relieve the tedium of a sweltering summer of heat. I carefully chose this location and this hotel with its VERY INTICING swimming pool and comfortable looking deck chairs...however, swimming pool was closed.

The staff person made us feel very welcome and she was so friendly. The pillows and beds were extremely soft in our room.
