- I have been waiting for a refund to be issued! I have called numerous times. This hotel was extremely unsafe and we did not stay! We ended up leaving and had to pay out of pocket for a new one. I keep calling and keep getting a run around
- The shower panels were falling off the wall, the toilet seat was coming off, the towels were old, the sheets were old, I got a different room than the one I was told I'd get
- Room had dirty floors, roaches in room. Chairs had very worn cushions and backs of chairs not cleaned, sticky substance there. Overall very disappointed with stay. Have stayed in 1 star motels before but this was an all time low.
