I did not get the room I reserved. The front desk was not helpful with this situation. Very unprofessional

Sliding door to bathroom was hanging off track. Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it that evening. For a safety concern, they should have moved us. Shower fixture was stuck in hot, another safety concern when my child could not turn off.

Clean, affordable, and convenient location.

The location in Colleyville is a safe place to stay, close to Dallas, Ft Worth. Approximation to restaurants and shopping are a convenience for me when traveling on business.

The coffee is WEAK. Vendor supplier offers a mild roast (its' really watery, weak stuff). The other is Decaf. I've complained about it every time I stay. In conversations with other guests, they share the same dissatisfaction.

We¿ve been staying here for a couple of years and you are starting to see the wear and tear. Carpets need to be washed and maintenance of the rooms needs to be better.

Nice place with good location.

Understaffed, room not ready after check in time. Indoor pool was too cold for our grandchildren to enjoy. We picked this location specifically for the indoor pool. Breakfast area was understaffed and kept running out of food.

It was very convenient to where I was working. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely met men needs.

I was put in a handicap accessible room which is not optimized for someone who is not handicapped and that presented a few inconveniences.

I reported a barking that constantly barked for 4-5 hours straight and was merely told that "its a service dog" and that the owner said it should stop barking. NOT.

The person that checked us in was so kind and professional. She eased our minds and made sure we were well cared for.

There was a putrid stench in the bathroom. It was clean, but it stunk!

That it had an airport shuttle. Because I was stranded at the airport overnight.

That I made a reservation based on the information provided on the site. Most importantly the airport shuttle. However, when I called for the shuttle, I was informed they weren't running do to covid-19. I am still trying to get my refund.

Location. The room and its amenities were very clean and well-cared for.

Room had no chairs or space for guests to sit and be together. Breakfast was just a cold boxed meal of a bagel + yogurt or boiled eggs + yogurt - both were mediocre quality. Front desk person was very reserved and not very helpful.

This hotel was not accepting customers when we arrived but had made arrangements for us to stay 1.4 miles away. The hotel was very nice, I can't say enough about our room, it was very clean and spacious. So a great move on up the road.
