- There was construction right above my room! Noise level was not acceptable. Hallway rugs were very stained as well as the rugs in the room! Shower had no pressure. Reported it at the front desk they told me they shut off water will 5! No one informned us.

Everything was great our ice bucket wasn¿t in there. I told the front desk and she told me where it should have been, but it was not.
Location and parking
Poor breakfast. The available coffeemaker on the room was into the bathroom which means unsanitary. There was not enough towels on the room. There was not sum cover on the pool.
What I liked most was the staff. The breakfast was delicious. The beds extremely comfortable. Adjustable temperature Awesome.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The room as great and the bed was very comfortable. The desk clerk at check-in and throughout the evening was wonderful. She made a great suggestion for pizza (that made my 13 year-old happy)!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I wish I had caught the name of the woman at the front desk in the evening when we checked in, she was extremely helpful and courteous!
The only complaint is the television sound only goes to 32 and the closed caption does not work
