Suburban Studios Clute - Lake Jackson

Fun for me and the kids it provided us with the space we needed.

The pool smells odd and the flickering light in the laundry room was odd

Nothing. Horrible hotel.

The sheets had obvious blood and body fluid stains. There was a roach in the sheets as well. Hallways were horribly loud and the air conditioning in the lobbies and hallways was never turned on. Carpets in the room were dirty and coming unglued. Lysol!!!!

Woke up, electricity was out. Hallway floors had standing water from leaks. Really outdated run down

Was on first floor, pool was nice, but very small

The pillows were terrible, never had such flat pillows at any hotel. Most uncomfortable pillows and bed

Spacious, comfortable room, helpful staff.

It is located next to a chemical plant.

Easy to get to and from. Cheap.

No working TV in the room. Cigarette burns in the carpet. The room stank like cigarettes and musty water. The place was just nasty all around.

Was close to my location.

No coffee or complimentary breakfast. There was a roach in the bathroom. Bedding had stains on them.

Booked this room for my daughter in Clute, Texas. When checking in, they asked her for a $80 deposit. I was not made aware of this when I booked. Luckily, I was able to do it over the phone, not crazy for these kind surprises.

I was away from my kids and my house for my anniversary

Room was plenty big but the bathroom was small

the pool wasnt clean pillows need to be replaced and blankets need to be removed and washed every time u clean a room

The location great.

The broken lamp & clothes rack. Loudness of everything outside the room. I was sick (stomach bug) & asked for towels & necessities to be placed outside my door & was refused. Someone had to get at front desk. Husband was not available & I needed it.

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Very courteous staff that work there. Simplified check-in/check-out. Very affordable and clean.

The room size is good.

No cleaning service, bathroom like did not have clean for year. The room i booked was missing a table, like a small dinning table, and there are some roaches running around,...

It was clean and the price was great for it being a weekend

There was a hole in bathroom door and the patchwork was horrible. I could have done a better job and the lampshade was old a cracked. Needed to be replaced very bad.

You definitely get what you pay for, the room had a horrible smell, there were roaches, the doors that were suppose to be key card entry were propped open with garbage can/ashtray, the pool/hot tub was not clean if it was even open

Great location, good parking, lots of lights.

Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else, there's a reason why it's so cheap. To many stay people walking around smoking weed. Buzzing noise never turned off. You pay for what you get. Heater works for 30 minutes, then blows cold.

That I had a place to sleep that night.

I seriously dislike that the desk attendant would not dona thing about our room being booked after midnight and made us (my two young children, my wife and I) stay outside in a cold front over night until 3pm the next day.

Did not like being locked out the room at midnight my friend called me screaming at me and then I had to come home from work at 3 AM and stay up till seven to fix everything but
