Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleveland By IHG

The room was extremely clean, smelled great, and the bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, too. All of the staff were very nice, super friendly, helpful and attentive. Honestly, I wanted to stay longer! We really enjoyed our stay.

That the front desk young lady changed my room from a Standard to a mini suite.

Breakfast sausages did not taste like real meat. Coffee in urn was not very hot.

The location was okay once you find it

The room smelled horrible. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room was swampy at best. The AC did not appear to be able to keep up with the humidity and the front desk clerk had an attitude. Will not stay here again

Pancake machine in the morning was nice.

VERY low water pressure. Hard to shower. Pool was "closed for season" even though it was 85° outside and there is a hott tub. No prior notice to booking. 3/4 of the hotel was under renovation with no prior to booking notice. Hard thin flat beds,like R

The room had no AC And the staff didn't care overall worse Holiday inn express, I have ever stayed in. We got NO SLEEP WHAT SO EVER, and when i told the guy at the dest he just shrugged his shoulders like, oh well sorry.

This is now my go to hotel when I go to Houston Area. It's right off the freeway 59, Whata Burger (you must have when you come to Texas), Wal-Mart, Local grocery store and eateries. The staff is amazing and so is the Hotel.

I'm just using this space for extra compliments. You can get to anywhere from this location. It has that small town feel, but access is not a question. This Hotel is top notch. must go to believe me. Get the suite. Suites are massive.

Customer service socks. No one on property has authority to help guests. We stayed in a room with a broken air conditioner. The front desk came up and verified that it was broken. They were sold out so we had to stay there overnight in a hot room.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The staff was very friendly. The morning breakfast was excellent, the best biscuits I have ever had in any hotel that I have stayed. If ever in the area again, I will most definitely stay at this hotel.

The pool was open and not freezing.

Breakfast ended at 9:00, weekends it's until 10:00 so why not on a holiday??

Great price for the hotel that included breakfast.

The beeakfast items were very limited but ok if you just need something quick to get you going in the morning.

Lack of cable channels

The breakfast was good an staff was fairly friendly

The shower was dirty, holes in carpet, cable did not work well could smell cigarettes even tho it is a non smoking hotel, which this make me sick. No where near what we should have gotten for the price we paid..

The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. Definitely will stay here again.

Shocking for Holiday Inn Express standards

First room had tower rack on counter with note on it I assume from maintenance Carpet dirty and half room vacuumed. Moved in second room and carpet was worse. Refrigerator not working. No laundry bags in either room. Four people in breakfast and

The maid lightly trapped on our for 3 times at 8 am. Said she was 'just checking'...we obviously had not checked out yet and she disturbed our sleep.
