Comfort Inn & Suites Cleveland TX

It was in great condition throughout.

The sound was very alive, thanks to the new non-carpeted floors = we strongly prefer carpet, it being far quieter and more comfortable. Also, breakfast was just average = we were hoping for better, especially at this price point.

The location

The cleanliness. The latch was broke. The restroom floor was peeling up the tub was dirty, the food was not good looked old reheated unsanitary. Shampoo conditioner was watered down I would say the owners are cutting costs

Decent hotel

My reservation was for a room with one king bed - instead, we were given a room with two smaller beds, which were not comfortable for two people.

Location

When we arrived around midnight, we entered our room and it wasn?t clean at all. There was a pizza box and chicken wings box with pizza in it. There was French fries on the floor, hair on both beds and shower curtain.

Price

They seemed short staffed on the weekend and my room wasn?t serviced Saturday or Sunday. My stay was Tuesday to Monday. I didn?t expect much. Coffee and dirty linen pick up.

I liked the price and it was pretty clean overall.

I don't like that it was not as clean as I thought. The hotel is on the older side and it shows.

Reasonably priced with polite staff, clean rooms, & amenities.

Had a king suite with a pull out couch so could of fit 3 guest and man up front serious no only 2

Everything clean and breakfast was very good.

Pool door slamming at night.

Location. It was very close to the funeral home for quick access to the family's early AM funeral of my uncle.

The room had been clean with an cleaner which was irritating to my sinuses and the hotel windows could not be opened to dilute the odor with fresh air. If I had not checked in so late in the evening I would have requested another room.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The showers were average and the beds were great.

The hot breakfast and the location

The fact I've stayed here several times and never been charged a deposit bc my room was already paid for...they over drafted my account and said it was for a deposit

I loved the Comfortability and convenient location. The room assigned had a beautiful layout with high ceilings.

The only con- was the $100 deposit. But the attendant did notify upon check-in this policy had just changed to this new amount.

- clean - good location (near highway, Walmart, gas station, restaurants)

I had drove almost 4 hours to stay at this hotel...my fiance and I was listening to music on the alarm clock and the attendant came and said she had a noise complaint...which was from her boyfriend or someone she had sitting at the front with her..

This hotel met our expectations completely. It smelled clean, felt clean and looked clean. Beds were comfortable and the location was excellent.

It wasn't far from where I needed to be. The stores were just around the corner. Staff were super helpful.

It was a little hard to find lol but I think that was on me because I kept seeing motel 6 sign but not the comfort inn.

Hotel was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and inviting, and the breakfast was impressive. I will be coming back for sure.

Some breakfast items could be a little bit better quality but it was decent.

Hotel was extremely clean and the staff were amazing!! We loved the continental breakfast as well

The pool wasn¿t clean but they tried to clean it while we were there. Unfortunately we left before it was properly cleaned
