- Where do I start? The whole experience was a primary reason you can?t trust the ratings. At best, this hotel would rate a 3. Staff was lounging on a lobby couch when I arrived. I NEVER saw another guest at the hotel the whole time.
- Nobody at the front desk and nobody answered the phone even though there was a sign stating phone number in case anyone wasn't around. There also was no hair conditioner and no hair dryer.
