The staff and breakfast was great

The hotel needs major upgrades, major improvements and cleaning

Beautiful old building, restored and preserved in the style it was first built in 1924. hotel employee waited on us at check-in and was there everytime we went through the Lobby, asking if we needed anything! She was awesome!

Rooms had no HDMI plugs anywhere. We had to go purchase wall plugs to charge our stuff.

Location and it’s charm

The cleanliness was poor. No hot water in one day. I had mentioned it to staff we had new hot water. Her response is I had hot water and she shrugged her shoulders at me. I was like wow.

I love the staff and the amazing breathtaking scenery and beautiful rooms and very clean and every one very nice and safe

The breakfast is nothing but bowl of Cereal. I wish they had a better breakfast

Breakfast is a joke. Only 1chair in room. Nowhere to sit. Elevator broken.

Location was great.

The linens were not pressed, just very wrinkled. No attention to detail in rooms. Could have been a wonderful period hotel if taken care of properly. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen offering almost nothing.

Historic and near shopping and restaurants

Nobody at the front desk and nobody answered the phone even though there was a sign stating phone number in case anyone wasn't around. There also was no hair conditioner and no hair dryer.

Queen room has large furniture so makes the room feel extremely small. Housekeeping provided on demand only.

It is a beautiful hotel and very clean.

The AC did not work at all. It was over 80 degrees in my room, when the temp outside was in the 50s. Absolutely miserable. Also they keep the hotel locked and the desk does not remain staffed, making check in a pain.

This historic hotel has been superbly renovated. The location was great for our short trip and we were very pleased with all the amenities and comfort the Liberty provided. The price we paid was a bargain for such as wonderful hotel.

Due to the coronavirus, the free breakfast was very limited.

This beautiful hotel reminds me of something out of an old West show, only updated amenities and so beautiful. The staff was gracious and courteous and the hotel was quiet and serene. GREAT deal and great price!

Absolutely a beautiful restoration of a fine hotel of decades ago. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Rooms were very quiet and everything was in working order. Nice continental breakfast.

No bar or restaurant on premises. Nothing nearby that I could find for a decent sit-down and be served food and drink.

It was a quaint older hotel though up to date in many ways. Staff was nice. Only downside to whole experience is Air conditioning system was rather noisy when cutting on in the night and would occasionally be loud enough to wake us up We would come back

This was a nice hotel and it was very competitively priced. It was well maintained, had appealing decor, friendly efficient service, it was extremely clean and the room had everything you could need.

Location. It was in a rather shabby downtown area. The continental breakfast was a little lack luster but still adequate.
