Handicap toilets very small. Hard to seat down with falling far away from the elevator.

Everything! The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, comfortable beds.

I had noise people next to me. The one issue is I would make sure the hotel would remind visitors of quite times..ie television, conversations, music

The property is definitely run down and need of proper repairs and painting. Hair in the shower, countertops,sink. The fridge was dirty. The pool ceiling was caving in. Bad strong foul odor in all common areas. Too pricy for how run down it is

Great location for the surrounding area.

Didn't clean the bathroom and there was a gnarly surprise clogging the toilet upon arrival. When I brought it to the staffs attention, there was no apology, no attempt to make it right...they gave me a plunger..so I fixed it and cleaned up after.

Very Clean, Spacious Room, Breakfast area was well maintained.

Nothing to report. Was very satisfied with my stay.

Room was very clean. Bedding was crisp and fresh smelling. The breakfast was incredible and delicious with so much selection of both hot and cold foods!

The location of the hotel was as close as it could be to the family I was visiting in town.

The pool area was very dark, too much chlorine hurt my eyes.

There was an odder in the corridor; Not completely unpleasant but out of place. Maybe like the smell of standing water.

Staff was great but short handed. Limited housekeeping. However the other staff were quite helpful.

Close to venue

My room was not ready 3 hours after check in time. Staff was absolutely apologetic and unmotivated to get my room ready. I was told to wait or "go have dinner". I left for hours and was told I would receive a call. I never got call. Staff unapologetic.

I liked best was the cleaniness, free amenities,proximity to event and access to food and services.

I didn't like the number of guests, including myself, waiting for a room at 9:30p CST. I would've thought the hotel would have been better prepared for the volume of reservations made by check in time 3:30p CST. No hot breakfast as advertised.

Modern clean rooms

They welcome pets and I didn’t mind the $25.00 charge. But I thought it was ridiculous to charge $25.00 per dog. I had 2 dogs so basically made the room $50.00 dollars more
