Hampton Inn & Suites Cleburne

I am very disappointed in this hotel! The hotel was being renovated. The parking lot is a mess construction crap everywhere no elevator they put me on the third floor. The rooms terrible I would not stay at this hotel ! Hotel renovation, don¿t stay there!

Under major renovation and there was no mention in that when booking. No elevator available due to construction had to carry everything to third floor. No reduction in price for lack of amenities

The hotel staff was friendly and cheerful. The room smelled clean when I walked in, and the beds were freshly made. There were lots of breakfast options in the morning.

Intermittently black water from hot water in sink and shower. Bathroom not adequately cleaned (hair on floor, soap residue in shower); filthy microwave. Construction noise in the morning. No lid on ice bucket. Room needs minor repairs. Uncomfortable bed.

The pool, wifi, ice maker, most of the fitness center, and the elevator were out of order. the business center was also closed.

Water pipes broke and I couldn¿t get a shower. My family and I were only staying because our water pipes froze. Not a good experience at all.

The morning staff was very kind. Anything I needed was polite and made sure I was doing ok and the stay was ok. The breakfast was great every morning.

The evening staff was a little rude. When I checked in was asked how often I would like the room cleaned and said wensday would be fine. room wasn¿t cleaned all the way sheets weren¿t changed and ants were in our bathroom.

Staff was friendly and were quick to address the issues we found. Breakfast area was nice and clean.

Our initial room had a strong mildew smell. After closer inspection, we found mold growing on the ac vent. The ice makers on the elevated floors were not working and all guests had to use the ice maker on the first floor. It was not able to keep up.

Bed very comfortable.

Had to ask for towels the first night and Kleenex. Felt like crumbs were in the bed like maybe the sheets weren't changed. Slept in the other bed. Bathroom shelves hadn't been dusted in a while and floor was dirty. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working

We reserved a room with 6 sleeping spots & were only given a room with 4. The rollout we were given had coils in the mattress that poked through. The bedding was the worst I have ever seen at a hotel - rough & woke me up all night.

Hotel was conveniently located from our destination and the bed was comfortable.

Found a huge millipede on one of the bath towels.

Room size was very accommodating.

Bathroom and room wasnt very clean food on the ground, shower and tub had grease and black stuff all over the walls and tub ask front desk for it to be cleaned it never was. As well ice bucket had mild in it that was cleaned after addressing.

Breakfast options were terrible! My daughter has an allergy to bananas and we were not able to select food options because it was prepackaged with banana foods mixed in already. Highly disappointed!

Shower didn’t work - pressure bad in that room- when tried to pull knob for overhead shower the whole faucet was pulling out from wall- when I tried to extend my stay the staff was not helpful or friendly- I ended up the second nite in a La Quinta

We have always enjoyed staying at this Hampton Inn and have children that live in the area so we visit often. This hotel is clean, staff are usually friendly, and the breakfast is great!

This stay the front desk staff person was rude. Our room was not ready at check-in. We had places to be and were not able to clean up from traveling all day. We waited until 3:50 and had to get to a granddaughter's sporting event-it still was not ready.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

It was as close to perfect as I could have hoped for.
