Room clean, nice bed, fridge and microwave.Bathroom adequate.

Ice machine broken. Told to go across street and buy ice! No blow dryer. Told they it's missing. Would not replace. Breakfeast not good. Do have waffles. Cereal, tiny lousy meffins. Ran out of yogurt! Ran out of bread! Desk clerk could care less!

I couldn¿t watch TV. The phone didn¿t work. I turned on the heater and the room got smoky and smoke detectors went off and it was 2:00 am. I stay at this hotel for 5 years now and I am very disappointed. I was told the owners would call and they haven¿t!

Comfortable bed. Good towels.

There was a lot of noise from nearby trains.

Had to talk to the receptionist through a window from outside in 90 degree weather. Then she couldn't pull up my reservation or run my card because all the systems were down. Looked like it was take your daughter to work day.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all the water was brown. Have not been turned on for years. 2nd Smell like old musty mold, needed a breathing treatment. Third, the wood slacks was sticking through the mattress. Then they had the nerve to charge $--to $--dollars w/end!

A/C worked. The bed & pillows were clean.

The recliner was broken. The stopper in the sink did not work. The toilet was not bolted to the floor. The key card didn't always work.

Staff very helpful.

TV did not work.

The location was perfect. We were in town for a wedding at The Little Rivers Event Center. The beds were comfy and the room was clean!

Not enough towels. If the reservation is for 4 people there should be 4 towels. If I ask for another towel twice I would have appreciate another towel. I had to go buy a towel and 2 wash clothes so that we could shower and get ready for a wedding . The reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children. There were 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes. I was told the maid came in at 10am? 11am? I left my room number and a request for a towel twice and nothing. Very frustrating.

There was no real breakfast unless you like cereal. Not sure breakfast was open for more than an hour or two. Comfortable bed, plenty of cable channels.

Could not control the temperature of the room, but there may have been another thermostat I did not find.

There was dead bug (body) pieces on the first bed on the side closest to the window under the pillow & second bed- sheets were dirty, this is the first time we have ever encountered this. Our TV wasn’t working either. But we didn’t know until we got home from a bday party at 2am, so we just went to sleep. This was also the weekend of the trail ride, & had 2 kids bang on our door @ 10 AM. Very upsetting.

Affordable

It was alright for a budget motel. Can’t complain the only issue I had was that the bed was really uncomfortable to sleep in . Hard as concrete

The continental breakfast was terrible. The pool was dirty.
