It's convenient

It should be cleaned better, some of the staff should be more helpful and friendly, the rooms should be remodeled and updated

Staff was good.

the bolt in the door did not line up with the hole in the door frame. The door would not lock. The safety lock worked and I put a chair in front of it. I told the clerk when I checked out.

We did have a microwave this time and the shower curtain was clean and new

The other patrons were a bit loud

The staff is always friendly

The microwave was missing, the freezer didn?t work and the safety chain was missing

The shower head was missing and I don?t like to take baths, because it was a last minute decision and it the room was on the 2nd floor I didn?t complain to the front desk.

Free wi-fi was nice and it was quiet centrally located with a lot of options. The parking was good and well lit.

I wish they had better channels to watch or at least the option to connect your iphone

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location.

I only liked the location. The room, window, bathroom, curtains and bed looked dirty. There were finger prints on the window. The room had a smell. There was a huge spider in the sink.

It was 15 minutes away from the event I was attending.

Old outdated broken counter top. Hole in shower ceiling with mildew all over it and the shower head sprayed more water outside the tub than in it.

This hotel is very basic. The location was okay, but there was mildew around the toilet and shower. The mattress/bed was a $50 special with a 2x6 helping hold it up. The pillows were very cheap. The staff was friendly and that was the best part of it.

In town for Round Top along with 200,000 others. Only room in town. The girl at the front desk was pleasant but it quickly went downhill. Housekeeping BEAT on the doors very early to clean filthy rooms that obviously weren¿t cleaned before we got there.

We bought bedding because the hotel¿s bedding was stained and disgusting. Didn¿t dare go barefoot in the room due to filthy carpets. The ceiling in our bathroom poured water every time the person above us showered. Horrible experience. Do not book here.

The location just off the freeway was convenient. The staff was understanding when we called ahead to say that we were going to arrive later than anticipated.

The room was outdated and not very clean. The amenities were lacking, and toiletries were minimal. We were told there were cuts due to COVID. We stayed in another hotel nearby for the next few days where all amenities were open, and a full breakfast.

The front desk person was very friendly

Room smelled.Bugs crawling on the wall. Dried urine on the toilet seat. Obvious that room doesn't meet any type of health standard.My husband had an asthma attack just being in there for 5 minutes We walked out. Requested a refund, we are still waitin

We waited till the last minute to reserve a room - and for the money - this was a pretty good deal

We did have a non-smoking room - people would smoke outside and the air conditioner would bring in the cigarette smell. Also, the tv would only come on and stay on one channel - but the volume did not work. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The location was good as was the need it met. The room was clean. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant.

We have stayed several times but will never again. They advertise free internet but it’s in the lobby only and they imply otherwise and always make excuses. It looks as though vagrants live or frequently visit full time on site tenants. terrible!

There were flies and nets flying throughout the room getting in our food. There were stains on the chair. When we first walked in the room there was a old musty smell and we had to open the door for a hour to get the smell out

The rooms were not very clean. Pet food on the carpet, toenail clippings by the bed! No tissue paper or toilet paper on roll. Was afraid to sleep there and shower for lack of cleanliness. Stayed here for antique show, it was the only thing left near by.
