Best Western Plus Bowie Inn & Suites

Paid twice for one room and for one night. Having a hard time getting money back from company.

Staff was attentive

No blow dryer in room and pool was indoor and freezing

Breakfast was awesome. Lots of variety.

No tv remote. Toilets ran. Sounds of traffic.

The night time desk clerk went out of his way to help with a room problem and he was very nice and gracious, and he made our room sleepable!

Seriously? You don't have a curtain on the window in this room. Some thin 'shade' with holes in it that lets the parking lot "Spotlight" illuminate the bed like you were filming a movie. I looked for cameras in the room but didn't find them.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room big and comfortable for our whole family. Liked have snacks and other items to purchase near front desk.

We had bees that came in through our air conditioner. Not the worst, didnt hurt our overall experience.

The location is good, easy access to highway. The only ¿decent¿ hotel in the Bowie area.

A/C didn¿t work, television picture was frozen and the back of the remote was missing, and parking was sparse.

Staff is always friendly and does their best to accommodate.

Very very hard beds. Always a hard nights sleep. BUT this is the best you can get in the Bowie area, sorry to say!

Friendliness of the staff.

I did not like that I ordered 2 queen beds and got a king and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Apparently, the hotel does not even have rooms with 2 queen beds.

Near a work project

Active remodeling going on. Room was not very clean and missing things that the room should have had. Noisy room. Door ha da 1/2 gap underneath it which allowed noise from event eh lobby to come in. The hotel is not ready to be opened.

The blue lights on the bldg were cool at night. Parking was adequate.

No mask wearing felt weird. Lots of noisy Necks made it feel crowded. Rooms' walls were paper thin. Lots of noise from above (Necks). AC fan didn't run continuously to drown out the noise. Hardwood laminate floors felt sticky. Couldn't wait to leave.

Room phone did not work and the TV had issues with remote control. They were not paired.

This hotel is just what we needed after driving 12 hours!!

The pool was supposed to be heated but it was really cold!! A little disappointed!!!

Breakfast was good.

Toilet broke. Wasn't fixed while I was there. Floor made the bottom of my feet dirty.

The room had an odor. Noticed crumpled beds when we arrived. Dead bugs on the floor and one in my husbands bed. He was awoken with a bug crawling on him in the night!!! No internet, called the front desk and was informed it was not their problem, no fix

The hot tub wasnt working!!! Our tv didn''t work in the first room we were in and we had to change rooms and our second room was nearby as nice as the first room!!! I had to was put the tub, it wasnt clean!!!
