Centralized to everything g we wanted to do and see in Boerne. Onsite restaurant (Peggy?s On The Green) is fantastic food, wine, and whiskey selections. Staff was great, bar is very nice.
Nice homely charm. Loved the courtyard and patio. Staff made me feel welcome.
Lovely, clean room a in a historic building. The grounds were lovely and the staff helpful and friendly. I will visit again!

Unfortunately I found a large roach and a centipede in the room.
They did not enforce the curfew in the courtyard and allowed a loud party to continue till after 2 AM
