Yes the check in employee was vaping and blew it out in front of me. Very unprofessional. I am just recovering from Cancer and I still wear a head band to cover my bald head. Was almost ready to walk out but I’ve been traveling for 13 hours.

It’s close to the highway and places to eat.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed there and both times there has been an issue with the toilet not flushing in the room. Also, the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned. When you walk around your feet should not turn black from dirt!

Nothing absolutely horrible hotel

Everything people smoke at the entrance blood on the chair.? I had to leave the hotel and lost $200

The staff showed no professionalism and lacked compassion for their errors

Immediately encountered a problem and all the staff could do was offer shoulder shrugs and a dry stare, no hospitality & no name tag.

Proximity to Ford Park

Hotel is as ghetto as it gets. Rooms stunk, hallways stunk, hotel was full of random potheads all over the place

The breakfast was awesome, service was amazing! And it was clean. The shower gel and lotion smelled great, it was all around a great time. I will definitely come back again!

The room was worn down a tad bit, but as long as it was clean it was ok! The wood work on the walls were broken and the rubber part of carpet was peeling up. Update the rooms for the price you all are expected to receive.

Breakfast was available from 6-10am which was nice to get coffee.

There was serious construction and traffic as we pulled up which is not under anyone¿s control, but there was no hot water in our room and the paint was peeling off of the tub going down the drain when trying for 20 minutes to get hot water.

Nice size, clean and quiet. There was breakfast and a cook to assist guests.

Furniture was ragged and mix matched. The free breakfast was cold especially the sausage and there was no bacon or grits. There need to be more individual tables to eat instead one long group table.

Staff was generally very helpful and polite

Hotel shows significant wear in all areas. Kitchen staff could not keep up with breakfast items including running out of coffee at 7am one morning. Desk clerk lectured us on free water policy when asked for more bottles during a 4 night stay.

We like the Hampton Inn in general.

Two things that bothered us: 1. The A/c -Heat was so noisy. It kept me awake during the night. 2. The carpet dryer was left in the room running. We asked the receptionist to please remove it. She said she would but never did come to remove it.

Friendly staff, breakfast was a nice touch, quiet location, and near most of where I planned to spend most of my time.

Initially the room smelled bad on arrival. After circulating the air and leaving the door open for about 30 minutes that resolved itself. The floors/carpet was filthy though. I had to clean my feet after my shower just from walking to the bed.

Unfriendly front desk staff. Spider in sink. Sink looked like it wasn't clean but was told it was material from repair. Bed sagged badly. TV Remote didn't work. Air cond fan couldn't be turned off. Left pillow, can't get staff to return calls or sendback

Staff were very nice. Location was within walking distance of both Cheddar's and Twin Peaks.

Wish rooms were large enough to have queen beds instead of double beds.

Mostly everything, it is NOT a 3 Star hotel. I have been traveling over 45 years, this don't meet the rating at ALL. Management sucks, was charge twice for my room. I had paid over 5 wks early. Manager would not return call for two days. No lights outside

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The key card system was having issues. The breakfast buffet was not very good and the hotel is in need of updates.
