Suburban Studios Beaumont

The staff was rude the room wasn't clean the tv remote didn't work the bathroom door didn't shut properly j

Quiet clean price compared to others, bust still seemed like too much

Breakfast minimal not what I expected

It was clean and quiet, convenient location

The staff was really nice and I like the fact that there was a kitchen

I did not like the smell in the lobby. It was very horrible. Also I didn't like that the beds were full size instead of queen size

The bed was comfortable.

The staff was never present at the front desk when I came back at night, the hotel is located next to a construction site filled with trailers, the hotel was dirty in the common spaces and room, the chairs in the room were broken.

Services and room was excellent

The staff and owner of the hotel was really nice and helpful.

The breakfast, but that's what you expect from one star hotel.

Nothing at all

Not clean at all

Didn't feel safe there,I think it was a bad part of town. Panhandlers begging for money right outside lobby. I notified manager on duty, she said there wasn't much she could do about them, but she wished they would leave.

Run down part of town.

I will not stay there again, Lord willing. I think you should remove them from your choices or have a serious talk with the owners. I could not believe they had no more non-smoking rooms than that. Our pillows smelled like smoke.

Staff not friendly, cockroach on the breakfast fruit, when I told the front desk, they did nothing about it!

Had a hair dryer in the room. TV worked.

Bathroom door would not open, hits the toilet!

Large room.

Mildew in room, burnt out electrical plug, busted counter on stove, hole in bathroom wall, loud noise.

I could get a buzz off the aroma of the room without even purchasing my own cigarettes.

I had to leave and purchase a different hotel.

Unhandy location. Ice machine inop. Staff unconcerned. Web site said microwave-did not have one

No ice. No microwave

Very spacious room, clean, cool, andinviting. Extra amenities were a surprise.

The night clerk did not understand the differences in ice cream available for purchase.

The hotel was great except the clerk at the front counter she was very rude and the worse attitude. Also I called her on the phone to ask her a few questions and she was very ugly about it. I would totaly go back as long as she wasn't there.

everything was great expect the clerk at the front desk she was horrible not happy and u couldnt understand her. i would totaly go back but i will nev

Friendly and helpful staff.

Very neat and comfortable.

Was able to hear to much hallway noise.

The location.

Highway noise in the early morning hours.

Nice room

Elevator broke and not fixed
