roadwork near the hotel made access a bit tricky but would not be deterrent for future stay.

The staff when I checked in was really nice.

The hotel definitely needs some tlc. The tub was messed up, there were rips in the carpet, one side of the curtains was broken, and the bed was the worst, it was really uncomfortable and felt like I was sleeping on spring and the pillows were bad too.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Very cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The suite set up is perfect for home away from home.

No. Would like to visit again after renovations are complete. I'm sure it will be even better.

Breakfast was subpar, pool had leaves in it. No trash liners in room. Way Overpriced. I was very unhappy about that!

The staff were very friendly and eager to please! Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. Hotel employee went above and beyond the call of duty to cheerfully accommodate our special request for breakfast.

The 2 bedrooms in one. Breakfast. Easy access to i10. Restaurants in walking distance. Staff was very nice.

While waiting outside in in my truck my wife was nearly accosted as she sat in the back seat and was hardly visible. 5 men approached the truck and open the door and started grabbing stuff off the console and appeared to be drunk. -not enough room to-

The staff were all very, very nice and helpful. We asked for directions and they were given very pleasantly. I also loved the hotel bed mattress and am going to try to purchase one within the next year! Loved our room and the fact it had a ceiling fan!

Left alot to be desired this visit. Service has definitely declined since my prior visit. I USED to be a fan. ....sheesh!!!

I was so disappointed with the service this visit. Hotel has increased their prices dramatically since I last stayed here. Which is a big turnoff. I used to be a fan but not anymore. The breakfast was cold and distasteful. What happened Homewood, really?

The bed. King size is the way to go!

TV is too old and small. Replace the curtains so the street light doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great locations for our destination.

There was a birthday party going on at the pool area we just couldn't enjoy the pool with teenagers running around and throwing wet towels everywhere. Some parents were there but they didn't seem to care much about what there kids were doing.

The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the separate living room area. It's the best hotel in Beaumont!

The hot breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were very limited choices and we ended up sticking with bagels and coffee.
