- It is misleading as the I feel I read somewhere that there was a lobby to check into and a place to store luggage if we arrived early. There was not. I requested early check-in and was turned down due of all the precautionary Covid cleaning. It was filthy

Difficult to checkin, and the response time was slow with texting when I had a question.
Both the pool and the fitness center were closed for the duration of my stay. Images of the pool are used to advertise this space, so I feel like it was dishonest and I'll be looking at reclaiming all or a portion of my payment through my CC company.
The room quality.
The parking pass was missing when I arrived, but it was resolved fairly quickly.
Amazingly clean and welcoming!! I had to work but it felt like home.
