Hotel was NEW and very up to date

Location was in a poorer area, but not too far from campus/downtown. I did not have a car with me, but I heard parking was $35

Ckeck in and room were excellent.

When I made the reservation I was told that they had free parking. On check in I was told it was 35$/night

Location, but also the facilities were clean, stylish, comfortable, and the staff were wonderful.

Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff and an amazing morning breakfast. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nothing. This is one of the few locations I've stayed at where I had no complaints. I can't even nitpick anything, because I loved my stay here.

Clean rooms, the hotel is clearly recently built. Good location for us (group of young guys) as there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby, + ~15 minute jog to reach the Boardwalk! We used the CapMetro light rail, capmetro bikes, and buses to get to downtown from the hotel (about 10-15 minutes for all of the above.) Facilities were always clean, beautiful pool area (which we did not use as we were traveling in December), and hotel staff was helpful during check in and during our stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great location, very comfortable room, and the most helpful staff.Good coffee, nice pool and Gym.

The scrambled eggs could improve (and some more variety on breakfast options)

- Hot breakfast is nice- Rooms are very spacious and clean !

- We didn't have hot water for one day of our stay- The iron in the room actually stained my shirt. I contacted the staff and they replaced it but it was too late.- It would have been nice if there was a stove in the kitchen.

The Home2Suites line is perfect for families, especially if you also have a pet. The rooms are clean and large--we had a great stay.

Location Hotel, in general, was nice--nice work areas, gym, pool, had snacks available, were pretty attentive...

The ant issue in my room was ongoing. Maybe breakfast could be at least another hour long

I had planned to give these guys ten-out-of-ten. All went well initially. The rooms are lovely and new, the facilities are great and the staff were very welcoming.

It has been one week since we checked-out and Hilton still haven't returned the extra money they wrongfully charged us. I suspect that what happened is that the receptionist took a very hefty security deposit upon check-in, though we weren't advised about it at the time. (USD240 extra taken for a 2 night stay that cost USD276). We had already pre-paid for our stay in full days earlier. It has been a huge hassle getting our money back - communications are very lacking and unprofessional. We have also lost money in bank fees as we didn't realise at first that Hilton had taken the extra money. We ending up part paying for our groceries in foreign currency as the USD that we thought were loaded onto our account, had been taken.The breakfast is mostly highly processed/powdered foods. There are signs stuck everywhere to the walls and furniture asking for guests to tip the staff, saying how easy it is to do by app. It's pretty distasteful and highlights that the staff are likely underpaid. I would rather tip in person, as I'm not sure I trust this establishment to give the tips to the right people.

Accommodations were great; room was large, free breakfast was plentiful and kept us going for 2 meals. The gym had equipment we needed and pool was refreshing for Austin summer heat. Staff were pleasant and very responsive. Location was slightly removed from East Austin action, but we had a car and scooters were available for short trips.

Great hotel, great facilities including gym, pool, meeting room. Very new and comfortable.

Only one thing: Watter pressure in the shower was quite weak. Otherwise nothing to say here.

This new hotel is great. It is in a good location, easy to walk to dining options and grocery. The king studio suite was spacious, although the bathroom is small. The daily breakfast was good. The gym has a good offering of cardio & weight equipment. The pool is nice. The staff was fantastic!

The bathroom is small and the toilet location makes it a little difficult to enter the shower from the rear and not get sprayed with water.

Great hotel for longer or shorter stays in East Austin. Very clean, very well equipped room with both freezer and dish washer!
