Plenty of parking (free). Staff is nearby and the lobby desk always has someone there to assist customers.

The hotel cleaning staff did not clean our room after removing the "do not disturb sign" between 8 AM to 6 PM. The shower rubber seals for the shower door were terrible and need replacement because the water kept seeping out onto the floor.

The room was clean and spacious! The bed was comfortable.

There was an overwhelming marijuana smell throughout the hotel.

Cleaning service, replace towels, dump garbage, clean the bed was supposed to be every other day. arrived on a Saturday and on Tuesday I had to ask for maid service. Delivered towels only. Complained again on Thursday complained again. No maid service

Around 4am we started hearing scampering of rats in the walls and on the ceiling. It continued until we checked out at 12 noon. It was an uneasy feeling to be sleeping in a room where rats were nearby.

We booked a room for 3 nights. Our car broke down in a small town in Texas (Snyder) We waited an hour for a tow to Abilene (the closest to Austin we could get within our AAA membership). We called to cancel once we knew we could not make it to Austin. We

were sent back and forth 5 times. Ended up having to pay for this emergency with no help from either of you.

The room was large and nice with all the amenities. It was clean with the exception of one tiny thing that my wife noticed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we didn't eat there, it was nice to have a restaurant on site.

The only negative was on the front side of the hotel the noise from the freeway was fairly loud. Obviously no fault of the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. The hot water was amazing.

There was a customer who dog barked almost the entire night. Several others complained.

Shower leaked. I asked for someone to pick up dirty towels and empty trash and it didn¿t happen

I liked the shower. It was nice.

The staff was rude. The so called free breakfast was not included, and the guests were all creepy. Three neighborhood wasn't bad but it didn't feel safe even during the daytime.

It was very clean and comfortable and staff was pleasant and helpful. There is a nice walking path behind it.

It is hard to find and get to. It sits right next to I-35, so the pool is not relaxing with the sound of heavy traffic.

Did not like paying $9 for continental breakfast it should be free would not mind paying $13 for full breakfast but it was not offered on Sunday or Monday

Did not clean room despite 24 hour notice of request to do so. No towels in fitness area. Free paper was a paper produced by the Reverend Sun Yung Moon¿s church and in my opinion is inappropriate for a major hotel chain to use as the daily free paper.

Great staff, great location, and clean rooms! They have great amenities like breakfast, a bar, a gym, a small pool, and even a laundry room. Inside the rooms you have a small fridge, a microwave, large tv, and coffee maker. Use the Hilton app too.

The bar/small restaurant was not open at all while I stayed so I didn¿t get a chance to try them out.

Hotel advertises breakfast and an on-site bar, but neither open. They claimed bar closed due to covid, but Texas is 100% open. Even in this city, there are no mandates against bars. Sign said No breakfast today Sorry for inconvenience. Entire time I there

Room smell bad. It was not clean. Clogged drain. Bad service and maintenance.

When we left.

It was filthy!!! There was blood all over the pullout sofa mattress and the cushions had questionable stuff on them! The shower looked like it had not been properly cleaned in months. I would be ashamed of this property if I was the owner or manager!!!!!
