    Pros +

    • Accommodating top notch staff. Group Therapy was a wonderful dining experience for our Valentine's Day. The art and decor made it a whole new experience.
    • It felt like home. Loved the coffee stations and tea stations.Loved the pool!
    • Loved the interior design and showers. The shuttle they have to take you within three miles of the hotel is wonderful too. They have an air filter in the rooms that you can choose to turn on. It’s a pleasant sound and feature.

    Cons -

    • Please please change the bathroom lighting—it is awful! Also our room faced into another wing of rooms and so had very little light and no view.
    • Loved everything
    • The hallways smelled a bit dingy, but not our room. Very clean. :)

Staff friendliness, location and spacious rooms (2 king beds-rare!).

Excellent staff (especially the very friendly valet boys). Nice to have the shuttles which were key to our ACL weekend. Big rooms and very comfortable beds and nice linens. Cool vibe.

Location was premium. The pool had amazing lounge chairs with thick cushions. The staff at the front were amazing. The butler service coffee was 10/10! Also, the water pressure in the showers was absolutely insane!

    Loved everything

Very clean and up to date. Staff was amazing. Pool and restaurant were top notch. And the shuttle was a great addition to the stay

Loved the pool area and the snacks every afternoon! The decor is also a very bohemian cool vibe.

The hallways smelled a bit dingy, but not our room. Very clean. :)

The staff was very friendly and caring. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We had dinner one evening and breakfast one morning at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was great. We loved the evening room turndown service. We have not stayed at a boutique hotel before, and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the design of the hotel and it was very clean. We did not have a car so I appreciated the availability of having the hotel shuttle for a three mile radius trip at the hotel. The pool area was always clean and very relaxing.

The cost for overnight parking was a bit pricey. But the hotel is located in a great area, so you can walk or use a ride share service to get around.

Beautiful large rooms, serviced daily. Turn down service. Helpful staff. Amazing pool area. Great gym. Central location

    Nothing could not fault.

Excellent location, great room and hotel had excellent facilities. The pool area was lovely, spa was one of the best we’ve ever been to and the butler’s pantry was the cherry on top. Shoutout to all the valets! The shuttle was incredibly helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to feel taken care of.

Housekeeping didn’t come back to refresh our room on the second night after we asked for 5 minutes to get ready and leave. Poolside staff were ok but would have been helpful to come out and ask if we wanted drinks rather than going through to the bar with wet swimwear.

The staff was amazing. Always helpful and friendly. Super respectful and accommodating.

The entire hotel was beautifully decorated. The service was amazing, the staff were so friendly. We loved all the little extras like coffee, water, candies and cookies in the lobby.

    Everything

From check-in to check-out everything was fabulous. This boutique style hotel decor, service and property were top-notch in every way. The butler coffee service area on every floor is brilliant. Great morning coffee outside our door is a convenient touch. Refreshments in the lobby daily also a nice feature.

A small casual cafe in the hotel property to grab a pastry or extra coffee or a smoothie without going to the pool cabana would have been nice but not a deal breaker.I also didn't appreciate the cost of a diet coke and a cup of ice water $7.00 !

The location was in the midst of numerous music venues downtown. So it was convenient. And near many restaurants. The decor of the hotel was arty and contemporary. We had to change rooms and after we changed, the room was better.

We were initially given a small room at the farthest point from the elevator next to the building's outside air conditioning unit (noisy-room 805) so we asked for a different room and were given a better room but it was being serviced when we checked in. It did feel insulting. We went to sit by the pool. We were not given towels to put on the lounge chairs (the long white ones) like the couple next to us?? It was late in the day. The staff seemed harried. Our waitperson was nice but the others were not friendly. Decided to try the valet service but had to wait outside for about 30 minutes to get a ride. Beware - parking was $60 for an overnight.

    Not worth the price

Stayed at Hotel ZaZa yesterday and honestly don’t think I’ll be coming back. The girl at the front desk was super sweet, but the guy with glasses made the whole check-in feel cold—just not welcoming at all.I also got charged a $5 delivery fee for room service… just to bring it from the kitchen to the room? That felt unnecessary. Then $59 for parking overnight, which is wild considering that’s the same price as a 5-star hotel down the street—and this place doesn’t compare. Also, $7 for a black coffee at the bar? Kind of excessive. There’s construction that starts around 6:30 am. The valet guys were really nice though, so props to them. But overall, the service and vibe just didn’t match the price tag.
