The only thing that could have made it better was a rug. But I felt it was clean and had what I needed for my stay. Good value!

Perfect location off the West campus. Families, adult, young adult crowd. Adjoins to Otis Hotel and 41 Acres restaurant! Fabulous overall setting and feeling. Beds super comfy and clean.

The hotel was stylish and the breakfast was good.

Doors are heavy and loud . Both the entry door as well as the bathroom glass sliding door.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean.

Rooms where extremely small and did not have a fridge or microwave. Also, bar was closed. No reason for the bar to be closed when there was one open at the adjacent hotel and their rooftop.

Good location, nice roof top area.

Had to take a different elevator to get to the lobby of this hotel as it shares a property with another hotel. Bathroom fan cannot be turned off and emits a loud, shrill, noise. It was difficult to sleep with the noise.

Pleasant staff. Clean. Good lighting in room. Good location. Good blackout blinds.

Bed miserable, no box spring, mattress on wood low to floor. Kid size-tiny chair, desk piece of wood low to floor, banged leg on wood. Tiny sitting chair. Shower door slam bruise. No privacy to change. Tv too close to bed. Sore back after stay. Not comfy.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

AC wouldn’t work properly. They tried to reset twice. They did offer another room but was very late at night. I appreciated the offer.

I felt sorry for the reception staff because they probably have to stand all day, which I can’t approve of. Also, the water in the rooms wasn’t cold — finding cold water was quite difficult. And the Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work properly; I couldn’t connect my computer and had to work in the lobby instead.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Place was clean and modern looking just like the photos.

There was no microwave in the hotel room, parking had to be paid and not included with the hotel. The listing was false advertised, showing photos of the pool access and rooftop area that was to be included with the AC hotel and not indicating that was for that Otis hotel part of the property. Unfortunately, probably won’t stay again there.

Hidden fees and mystery charges that don't appear until it's too late. Only hotel I've ever had a pricing discrepancy with. Great stay but not worth the financial hassle.

Close to college

I feel they are money hungry. They charged my card 25.00 in case I wanted to buy something at the hotel. If i did not I would lose my money.of course that was not in my price when I booked the room. So it was hidden charge.

Location

Coffee pot was located where there was no electric outlet as well as the iron and ironing board. There was no hand soap at the sink or anywhere to be found. Lousy view of the top of the gross building below us and was woken up about 4:00 am to a popping sound that I assume was trash trucks dumping dumpsters. I was charged more on my debit card than the invoice and will be investigating that issue. For a $340.00 charge, I have stayed in better hotels for less. So disappointed!

That you advertise you have a pool when you in fact do not, and you to pay $20 extra. You should have the 11th floor as one of your pictures when it is not part of your hotel. False advertising
