In town for a birthday hoping to have a relaxing stay but hvac did not work and they had maintenance in and out of my room for 2 hours until they decided to move us to a smaller room. Would expect better for an autograph collection hotel. Very disappointe

Way overpriced for minimal benefit. Have to request ice and water. Bottle of water in the room is $6. Room was small. Restaurant and bar were outrageously priced. $17 for an 8 oz machine mixed frozen drink. Ridiculous. Never got the records we requested.

Overall a nice hotel. The room was very modern and comfortable. I kike how they included a board with several suggestions for things to do.

A particular interaction at the restaurant. The First Lady that helped us was amazing and kind. The Second Lady literally prioritized every other person before me even after she started to help me. That never feels good.

Rooftop Bar and Lobby Bar had a great atmosphere and were fun. Breakfast in the morning was quick, easy and delicious!

Room price was high based on location of the hotel.

Great location and beautiful theme. Parking was easy and staff was superb

The hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly.

The street noise is the only issue I have with this hotel!

The pool area was sooo small. Not many lounge chairs.

Music selection , restaurant

Requests being made multiple times, took forever to accommodate ,hold on cc kept getting removed and added multiple times causing issues with my bank.Getting hold of mgmt was a nightmare.Expected better from a high end hotel.

Very comfortable, well-appointed facilities. I liked the retro vibe.

Parking fees are outrageous

The Otis is a super cool hotel with a great restaurant and bar downstairs and an even cooler rooftop bar/pool upstairs. The servers were all professional and so helpful. I love the vibe of the hotel with all the great music always playing. Rooms are comfortable and chic.

While the music always playing in the hotel is very cool, my room was on the fourth floor right over the entrance with the valet. The music is quite loud on the street, but in the middle of the night/early morning, it is disruptive to sleep. They should definitely turn it off during sleeping and early morning hours. The valet charge is also really high at $65!

We got upgraded supposedly, but the room for 2 People Was Way too small

Perfect location for UT. Liked the room and facilities even though unusual layout with bathroom as you enter but this wasn’t an issue for us. Could have done with more drawer space and towels were not great. Record player cool touch but as others have said May be more useful to have a fridge. Pool was fab and spent many hours poolside and at the rooftop bar. Biggest issue we had was with noise. Some to be expected from road but on one night there was music blaring until 4am. Desk claimed to be unaware. Would request a room away from the front entrance if I stayed again as could hear the music played into the street. Overall a great - if pricey - stay.

I had a great stay at The Otis.. The staff is supportive which is wonderful. My favorite feature was the record player, their collection is extensive.. Rooms are clean and cozy..

Hotel was beautifully decorated and close to all the downtown restaurants and sites. The staff was beyond helpful when I needed certain things

The hotel has such a great vibe. It is so well situated and the staff are so friendly. It was such a great base for our college tour and exploring the city. Plenty of food options nearby and we felt safe walking around.

As much as we thought the vinyl record player was a fun touch, we missed having a fridge in our room. Also, the sheet on one of the beds had a few stains at the bottom corner which was a little disturbing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were nice. The restaurant has delicious food.

Walking through the bathroom to the bed area is a bit odd. The decor is dark.
