Hotel employee was helpful and attentive. I felt like she wanted to help us.

I did not get the room I requested, it was dirty and still had guest items from the previous stay. I confirmed my room but no communication was given to me that the room would not be ready. I had to relocate and did not get the type of room I paid for.

the front desk is exceptional and super friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to accomodate your needs. Highly reccomend this hotel.

furniture is dated-but it made up for by the staff and being super clean.

They did not have any tortillas, so make sure to bring it with you for the eggs because they are cage free! try to also bring your own starches because the only starch they had was the homemade bread and oat meal ;did have turkey sausage and pork early

Hotel is in a great location.. right off the highway, close to a Walmart, Golden Corral and other restaurants/ strip mall. Staff was nice

The water pressure/ hot water temp in the bathroom sink needs to be worked on / Breakfast options needs some work as well

The bed was very hard. It was not comfortable at all to sleep in. The loveseat was not comfortable at all either. The ac could not be controlled, I typically like atmosphere colder but the room is set at just a comfortable level and cannot be changed.

Not one single thing.

The room I checked into was hot the AC was broken. And the television did not work. And the general manager refused to refund me my money. I will be contacting my attorney regarding this issue.

This hotel is awesome. From the rooms to the employee's. They   make u feel at home even though your not. Hotel employee is a beautiful woman inside and out. It's also a guy with braids...yall they just awesome people. Too many to name. Not enou

No. The hotel was awesome. Just be aware of some guest. I was burning a incense and they automatically assumed it was weed. Almost got me in trouble when all they had to do was knock on my door. Other then that THE HOTEL IS AWESOME. WILL return.

No bedding for sleeper sofa, Toaster did not work, Had to requested remote control, Sliding closet door did not work, Cold breakfast, Toilet malfunctioned and ran, Late check-out denied this was after it was offered to gentlemen previous day w/o him requ

They stole 300$ in unauthorized charges from my account and my Jeep Was stolen out of their parking lot an broad daylight. They still have not returned the money. They didn¿t even offer to comp my prior 3 nights out offer a free night. HATE THIS HOTEL

Staff was not welcoming and we had issues with our room key. Twice with two different rooms

The location

Pull out bed had worms and food crumbs in it. Couldn¿t get it out easily because it was broken. Rooms are out dated. Hallway had a bad smell. I had 2 rooms with five kids and three adults. I will not be staying here again unless it¿s updated.

Easy access to the highway. Close to a grocery store and a few entertainment options. Staff was polite.

There was mold in the tub. Hotel is outdated. Restroom did not feel clean. Stains on the carpet. Breakfast was awful with limited options. Pool is small.

Our room was not cleaned appropriately there was hair left in drawers from prior guests room. It was not stocked with the essentials like towels,remote,light bulbs,linens,cookware.I had to go and request them. Management was not accommodating...
