Close to airport. Shuttle service was on time.

The A/C in the room kept us either too cold or too hot.

Price to high , no free breakfast, quality was $80 and only 1/2 bk away and they had free bkfst. Did not initially get the room i paid for but staff cheerfully made it right

The room was spacious --we had space for all our people and bags. The staff was fantastic--very responsive to our needs.

There were five of us staying in a king bed suite. There were only three bath towels/washcloths, and there were only four pillows and two blankets. We had to ask for another blanket, but were given two sheets.

One of the nicest Courtyards I've been to. Over Christmas, they had a gift wrapping station in the lobby. Rooms are spacious and have a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Shuttle service is prompt and fast (10m, need to reserve ahead of time)

No coat closet in our room, which was odd.

Clean and close to the Austin Airport. Ease of parking and friendly staff.

Receptionist was very polite upon arrival. Not so great, just neutral when departing. The best part about this hotel was the shuttle to the airport and the very kind driver.

No many negatives to ever use this hotel again. Every time the A/C was off the room smelled like backed up sewage. The dog in the next room woke me at around midnight. The dryer in the laundry room a few doors away ran until 11pm making an annoying noise.

Lobby area was very spacious with lots of seating. Bistro on premises was very nice and had great staff. Hotel staff were very courteous.

Room was very stuffy n musty. Had trouble w air conditioner was warm sleeping even w air on! No exhaust fan in bathroom after shower very humid n musty!

It was the worst hotel for the amount I spent. No coffees , no breakfast, no extra bed, no water even. Rooms smell terrible. Totally worthless. Never will stay again.

I was under impression there was a free available breakfast but there wasn't and the tv would only let you watch things if you paid.

only one working elevator, house keeping knocked on door at 8 in the morning trying to come in to clean

You could not see it from the hwy,GPS says you've reached your destination and we could not see it definitively need better signage

No outdoor pool, location not good for travelers using ride apps...expensive fares to get anywhere

We LOVED this hotel!! The building was beautiful, the food delicious and the staff so very friendly, helpful and kind! I would recommend to anyone coming to Austin!

staff is very friendly and helpful. make you fell welcomed the minute you arrive

everything is great just would like it BETTER IF IT WAS PET FRIENDLY. We have a small dog that usually travel with us but because no pets were allowed we had to leave him home. that would be the only thing I would change.

Close to airport, easy to get to. Did not have to pay for parking .

Having a full service restaurant and the shuttle to airport. Proximity to airport was very important.

No fun shopping within walking distance.
