Aloft by Marriott Austin Airport

The staff at the Aloft were incredibly helpful with all of my requests. The shuttle was timely, the room was clean and quiet, and there was complimentary bag storage before and after my stay so that I could explore downtown Austin unencumbered.

The reservation was nonrefundable. I do a lot of last-minute travel, and I sometimes do not book places because of the refund policy. It would have added peace of mind to my reservation if the hotel had allowed cancellations.

Proximity to airport, room size and style, airport shuttle

The coffee cups in the room were dirty so was unable to have morning coffee in room. They have breakfast items available but at a cost and you have to pay $12 day parking.

Great location, staff helpful, rooms are great. Especially the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Very important.

It was clean and very modern. I like how the wall plugs were set up (next to bed) so that you could use the bottom plug on the upper shelf thru a pass-thru in the wall unit. Really close to Airport.

When checking in at 10:30 at night, I had issue with a different hotel with shuttle the women who checked me in gave a voucher for breakfast for my troubles with another hotel, now that¿s customer service!

shower needs work. no shelf or seat in shower, just empty square with low water pressure and non-adjustable shower head.

I paid the room with the PayPal credit and the front desk said they need my credit card for $50 holding like for the towel but they charge the room twice on my card.

TV not functional, called reception, 1+ hour later with no response, had to go to down ask for a new room. After scheduling+reminder for airport shuttle, still had to call the driver after 10 mins delay. Free shuttle not reliable for tight schedules.

We are moving to the area & the staff was helpful and friendly while we extended our stay multiple times, accommodated our needs including late check out up to 2pm, and even sent a repair guy to fix our TV when it wouldn't turn on. Bartender is great too!

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the free shuttle from the airport. Unfortunately we found out after the fact that it wasn't available

Very clean room! It was close to the airport and they offer a shuttle. Overall very quiet rooms. There were also restaurants and a gas station nearby that were a short drive.

Yeah a lot! The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up. The toilet seat was broken and the blinds were stuck down. No iron or ironing board in the room and they were supposedly out and had to search for one! Very disappointed.

Service was poor. On arrival no one was at front desk. Information was limited when he did arrive. Room felt more like I was at the gym than in a room.

Nothing is open, no pool, no breakfast, no bar, nothing and Covid is. It an excuse anymore, I¿ve stayed at numerous other hotel with amenities open even other Aloft hotels. Hallways can be loud at times and staff are totally lame

I really liked the room layout. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was great. They were very helpful and followed up with one complaint I had the next morning.

I did not like that I was not able to connect to chromecast. When I tried, I got a message that it was missing and to notify the front desk. I did notify the front desk a f they told me to reset the television. I reset the tv, but still wasn¿t able to
