Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown

I am new to the area so it was a little tricky getting to it from the freeway only because exit backs up back into the freeway. Location is great as is boarders night life and music.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations, carnitas, eggs, waffles, it was so good!

Location. Walk out right in the middle of Rainy street.

The pool area was small and not very nice.

Much construction noise all around this hotel due to adjacent construction projects. We ended up having to buy a new tire due to a nail. Adjacent Rainey street is mostly under construction as well. Wait a year before booking this hotel!

Great location. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast!

It¿s located in a fun spot, despite being on the 16th floor, it was still pretty loud outside.

We loved the large suits, and the location.

The website said it was free parking upon arrival we found out parking was not free it was almost $50 after tax. The construction was bad although the hotel was not under construction the hotel is next door to building and road construction.

Housecleaning was not the greatest. I understood the once a week policy but they never came to the clean the rooms after staying 7 nights. I also didn¿t appreciate the parking fees.

There is a large enough refrigerator and seating space， good breakfast！

The swimming pool and gym are too small and the water in the pool is not clean enough.

The size of the room is great - really large. The kitchen area is also spacious with a large refrigerator and sink (and has a dishwasher!)

1. The hot breakfast was terrible. 2. The 'rooftop-like pool' is tiny and on the 5th floor 3. The construction is on both sides terrible (hammering at 7am) 4. Club music SO LOUD until 2am such that we couldn't sleep (and we were on the 15th floor.

Location of hotel is convenient. Very dog friendly hotel. Back street has lots of restaurants and bars, literally behind the hotel.

Lots of construction occurring around the hotel. Nightlife music one street over can be loud on a weekend, but we were there during Memorial weekend so seemed like more people than usual. Would stay there again though.

No towels if u stay 3 nights 4 days. U should stay 4 nights minimum to get room clean and get new towels. Horrible breakfast for the money u paying. Super dirty pool w cold water no pool towels $45 parking Huge construction around dirty and dusty

Advertised as free parking but when I went to leave the machine charged by $16 and the attendant said there is no such thing as free parking.

False advertising for free parking was charged 48 dollars

The breakfast, cleanliness of the hotel, staff were very friendly and location.

Paying for parking that my itinerary included free parking.

Easy check-in process

- Breakfast gave all of us food poisoning, which took a day off of our vacation - The page is not updated with accurate information, parking is NOT free. We were required to valet the car and pay for it.

Location and staff were amazing!! Very cute hotel, very clean as well. I went for my bachelorette party and the young man at the front desk went to the grocery store to purchase champagne per my maid of honor¿s request and set it all up in our room!

The locations is great. Rainey street is less than a minute walk away. Also, glad to see hotel employee everyday of our trip. Well except for the day we checked out. She checked us in and she always waved to us and wished us a great day. Thank you Rosie.

We¿ve discussed this with the front desk but when we checked into our room there was dried blood stains on one of the comforters. We just pulled it off the bed and slept with the other blankets. Your a hotel I¿m sure this was oversighted.

The staff was nice

My first room was not cleaned, dirty dishes, towels, etc. Was moved to a new room but down grated because of it but not refunded the difference.
