Concierge and staff very friendly and accomodating!

Could hear the claking of elevator going up and down. Bed hard for our liking.

The room was dirty, the tissue box had 2 types of tissues in it, gross. The staff would not change sheets or towels.

Nothing! I arrived and my hotel reservation had been canceled. Horrible disrespectful treatment.

Everything! I arrived and they had canceled my reservation. They insisted I needed to call a number to see where my room would be transferred to. I spent two hellish hours on the phone with customer service, unsure if I'd have a place to stay that night.

Very clean, spacious room with full kitchen, great location

Really a nice room, with a view of the state capital building. Friendly, helpful staff and a good location. Parking easy.

Constantly pestered throughout our stay about attending a timeshare presentation. The people were very pleasant but the tactics were high pressure and it really affected our attitude about the hotel.

Great amenities, games to play, and events happening on the weekends.

Location and room style

Room finishing. Very cheap, cupboards peeling etc. non stop pressure from time share salespeople, lied to us at check in, texted and called us throughout the weekend. Just ignore them after you check in

Spacious rooms and suites and close proximity to local meetings.

I accidentally left a Nightgown there and it was not returned to lost and found.

The pool and fire pit area and owners lounge

There was a bat in my room and the hotel staff did not offer any apologies at check out or offer to make it up or anything. Disappointing

Beautiful room and view. More like a condo with full kitchen, washer and dryer and separate bedroom. Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood

This is NOT a hotel (which I didn't tealize when I booked, my fault for not reading info). High pressure sales pitch to try and get you to buy a Wyndham time share. Also property originally built for apartments so only 2 2 elevators for entire building.

Location and resort perfect

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer with soap included was a big bonus. Loved having a balcony for fresh air too. Hotel was quiet even though we faced 6th Street only a block away.

I did not like being asked multiple times (after saying no) if we would participate in a “short” (1 to 1-1/2 hr) presentation on joining the vacation club.

Location and room was like an apartment. Views of downtown Austin. Rooftop pool with amazing sunset views. Walking distance to So. Congress, wear tennis shoes.

The towels were dingey and needed to be replaced. The elevator was very slow. The sheets easily broke off of the comforter.

Clean, quiet, friendly with tons of amenities.

Nothing, They cancelled my booking the night before I was due to stay.

They Cancelled my booking the night before the stay, informing me by email, which I didn't read until trying to check in in the afternoon the day after having driven all morning. They told me to phone a number so that I could be offered other places in the city. The places they offered me I had already seen on the internet and discounted for one reason or another

Humongous! Loved everything about the room. Kitchen had everything one would need. They even brought up a bag of ice so we could start day drinking. ? Pool was awesome. Lots of room for many to hang out. We didn't play any indoor/outdoor games, but awesome that they are available. Thanks for the mimosas & Texas shaped waffles with toppings on Sunday.Cool that the front desk/housekeeping was available via text.

The concierge took a few minutes when all we wanted to do is get to the room & use the facilities. I had assumed the pool was rooftop...it's on the 10th floor...nonetheless awesome views.

The facilities are wonderful & great for families! It was clean, except for numerous stains on the carpet in the bedroom; however, they are in the process of revamping the property.

Waste of time

I had two reservations for different dates and both the times they told us they overbooked so no rooms are available. They wasted my two days during my trip to Austin. Third party apps should not list this hotel as I lost trust in navan/priceline as well since then. Never returning to this hotel.
