Close to my meeting location

Room was musty and stunk. No room service. Breakfast buffet was expensive for what was served. Charging for parking in a non downtown location? Expected more from a Hilton.

Very clean. Very modern. Friendly staff. Hotel shuttle was precisely on time!

It was close to the COTA track.

The location for local eateries and you charge customers who are paying $400 per night for parking. What happened to take the make/model and license number from your guest? Someone who is paying to stay there should not have to pay for parking.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms

No shuttle service to Austin Bergstrom SOUTH terminal. Be aware if you¿re flying Allegiant or Frontier Airlines. No breakfast.

Attractive, spacious, clean environment Robust and relatively quiet AC King room was very spacious, loved the high ceilings and decent sized/quality TV Comfortable bed, mattress just right not too soft Stable/fast free wi-fi Decent gym and pool

Bathroom while beautiful had a poorly designed / non-ergonomic shower that needs to have an adjustable showerhead and glass door instead of curtain because it would splatter/soak half the bathroom floor after use.

I was charged for internet? there was no free breakfast, like at other hotels, especially at these prices.

Back door did not open with key card, we had to walk around to another enterence on the side of the hotel

Nothing. Nothing special at all and way too expensive

Laundry machines run on quarters. No change machine. Who even carries cash or quarters. Food at the bar and the people working are terrible.

The location to the airport was excellent. You never hear planes going overhead but you are close enough to get to the airport within 5 minutes using their shuttle services. Lobby is like an extension of your space. Great for relaxing.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Excellent, helpful staff, no waiting, very clean room with very comfortable beds.

t would be very pleasant and helpful if this Hilton offered a free buffet breakfast and free lobby coffee rather than vending machines now that COVID is not the pressing concern that it was.

Rooms were very good. Unable to use amenities because they are time and occupancy restrictions.

Staff; I called multiple times the reception never answered the phone, customer service was worthless, after 20 min. wait on phone, I explained to a manager, he said he would call hotel and get back to me; never called back.

Clean, reasonable price.

I was told I was going to get a free breakfast box, notes were put in computer. Next morning, the other guy said notes were in there, but my stay didn’t include breakfast. It’s not a problem, but I didn’t like how I was told one thing, then another.

the hotel was very clean, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. their food was actually really good. they really made my stay stress free. if i need a hotel again, this would be my number one choice.

Overall seemed clean, gym had adequate equipment, staff was very responsive.

Newly built. Room, pool and check in area clean and modern styled

Last 2 days in room we saw several red ants in our room plus some other bugs on our bedding. We requested King deluxe room with sofa bed. We are a family of four. We often requested 4 sets of towels. They couldn't get this request right until final day.

Great location, easy to get in and out of. Room was clean and neat.
