Residence Inn by Marriott Austin Southwest

Very clean and well appointed. The room had a very spacious kitchen area, The description of the room said there was no fridge and no microwave but it had both.

Located in the midst of a lot of construction. Staff seemed disorganized during Check in and check out, it seemed like maybe they were learning a new computer system.

The staff was nice and it was conveniently located

The room smelled like grass clippings or a high school locker room. I found a spoon with burn marks on the bottom that had either not been scrubbed off or just not noticed. Dishes had good remnants on them.

Clean, nice enviornment, comfortable bed, amazing shower with full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and nice size kitchen with all utensils needed. Pets are allowed.

Not many options for breakfast. Only offered yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, donut, bread and granola.

Helpful staff. Hotel employee was a gem. He was a problem solver and cool calm and collected We had multiple reservations for our family and he helped each and all of us. Breakfast was great and staff there to serve and satisfy. The entire place is beautiful

I loved every part of this stay. Perfect hotel.

Just about everything in this property was awesome. Staff on all shifts were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable and well stocked. Great hot breakfast that varied a little bit from day-to-day but always had many good hot and cold options. We will definitely want to stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean. The only thing i would change would be to use real fresh eggs at breakfast. Not powdered eggs.

The $110 pet charge. I feel it should be refunded if room is exceptionally kept and cleaned and confirmed by housekeeper.

Everything was as expected. The location felt safe. The sofa bed was very comfortable.

The plug in the bath didn't work. I only told them as we were leaving, so it's my fault I didn't give them a chance to fix it for me

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. We also used the laundry facilities and they were great and clean as well. There was plenty of parking and it was free. Its close enough to Austin that you can go out and enjoy the restaurants and many things to do around the area.
