Convenient location

The thermostat did not register correctly and a humming came from the unit so I had to turn it off

Some staffs in front desk, I asked a small question about the wi-fi, she told me to wait and she has a guest now. I waited 20 minutes and she did not call me, I went to the front desk, she was in her room and no any guest there, she lied about it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I a fan of the dish the breakfast voucher covered at the attached restaurant. I was also told that the drink voucher would be good for coffee or any other drink. It says right in it for beer or wine which I don¿t drink but wasn¿t a huge deal.

on duty staff was great- successfully contacting management was a fail.

I fell in a wet elevator and received no medical attn, even per request bc I have no health insurance for them to reimburse.

The mask mandates have been lifted in Texas but this hotel decided to enforce the policy of wearing masks anyway. While I respect the business decision to do this I do not feel they have the right to enforce a policy already lifted by the state governor

The location was sort of weird. And because of a wedding there was no parking and it was pretty busy. But it was a good stay

The TV was hard to navigate. Great pillows, but did not think the beds were comfortable.

It is clean and conveniently located. The rooms are nice, and the inside of the hotel looks fancy.

I have stayed here a few times and it has been great, this time there was a leak in the bathroom that was quite frustrating.

Best Hotel in Austin

Nope, other than they only have Pepsi, but there was Coke behind the counter, hidden so I had to ask for it.

The room was big and had an easy chair with ottoman....very comfortable room. Oh and 3 sectioned mirror in bathroom...very good!

I'm used to getting a free breakfast, they didn't offer one..

Staff was polite and very helpful.

They take a card number for incidentals and even though we owed nothing I still have a pending charge on my debit card of $40, four days later. Still waiting for it to go away.

WAS A GREAT DEAL, IN A GREAT PLACE.

JUSTA A LITTLE NOICE, FRON THE HIGHWAY, AND THE PARKING IN THE INSIDE OF THE HOTEL, THE DOOR DOSEN´T WORK, SO YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE PRINCIPAL DOOR AND IS A GOOD DISTANCE. NO BIG DEAL

the beds were very hard and uncomfortable for the price of the hotel.

The staff was extremly helpful and courteous. Pretty good location south of town, but the shuttle the hotel provides to their property downtown was an excellent incentive.

room was a little small, but other than that, it was pretty good.

It was nicer than I expected. Very clean room. Very nice and friendly staff.

It is in a weird location. There is no good exit to take to get to it. Every gps that was used by our drivers was off. They have a nice bar, but there wasn't always someone there attending to it.

Comfortable room and bed. Free parking! Likely one of the few the nice hotels in South Austin.
