Homewood Suites by Hilton TechRidge Parmer @ I-35

The amenities and cleanliness.

There are limited options for breakfast. The sign in the elevator showed bacon and potatoes, which the breakfast did not contain.

Clean - staff is excellent, fun art, spacious rooms - clean beds

Kind of hard to get to

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean and large room with separate door.

Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean.

I think the breakfast was okay.

Clean, big rooms. There were actually 2 rooms with a door between them. Great for kids.

The room was not ready for me at check in time. And the room had a really bad smell to it. I went downstairs to the front desk (twice) and asked if they could spray some air freshener in the room but nobody came.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Came with great amenities and the free breakfast was really good compared to other hotels. Would stay again.

Hotel had pretty good breakfast. Free parking.

The Tesla chargers were all broken. This was a huge issue for me as I was assured prior to booking they were available. Pool was supposed to be heated but heater is broken. Bed uncomfortable. Lights not working in room.

Best hotel I've stayed at. This hotel is beautiful from the outside, the lobby, hallways, our room and everywhere looks and smells clean. Greeted with a personalized msg on the tv screen. Great breakfast and evening snack foods. Very classy! Perfect stay!

Nothing at all

The room was amazing. The beds were all so comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was not great. They never replenished the hash browns, and immediately at 10, all drinks were removed. There was a buffet "supervisor" that just stood there and didn't seem to assist. Trash was overflowing.

Friendly stafff, clean spacious rooms, kitchenette with dishes pots and pans. The outdoor patio by the heated pool was nice.

the 2 ladies at the desk were both friendly and good workers. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was excellent and so was the breakfast.

Cleanliness

Our first room 303 had a toilet leak and a humming sound. My wife and I went out on the town and came back late so we couldn¿t do anything till next day when they gave us a different room 323 . Basically we had one night to rest !

The location was vary convenient to many restaurants. The hotel room we stayed in had a full kitchen stocked with all the dishes you need including pots and pans for cooking, also a full size fridge, a full living room with separate bedroom.

You have to use your key card anytime you use the elevator.

The one bedroom queen suite was perfect for my family to spread out. It also came with a kitchen. Also, we had a ceiling fan in the room, great for hot Texas nights. The amenities were also great bc our family had an area to gather and enjoy ourselves.

Breakfast selection was a little underpar, but edible.

Great checkin experience and very clean and the room and bed was fantastic. Spacious and very comfortable and great location.

There was nothing I did not like.

The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The rooms went beyond our expectations it was open and had a lot of room shower was large and was clean throughout. Breakfast was very well prepared and covered all bases.

Hotel has a very unique funky feel to it. Excellent decor and vibes. Suites were very roomy and comfortable

Nothing. Wished I could have stayed longer

Clean room met expectations

My room was cleaned out before checking out time at 12pm. I went out for a meeting and when i got back my things had been taken away before I checked out. Eventually found my bag. Was quite upset my things had been touched no apology was given

The overall setting

We had to ask for batteries for the TV and when we turned it on there was a crack and would shut off and on we informed front desk as soon as we noticed and they said they would leave a note and during checkout we informed them again and she didn't care
