Yes got locked out for 2 hours and was told to leave by staff , without our personal belongings..

Location and cleanliness

When I attempted to call several times to inform the desk I would be checking in late, no one ever answered the phone. Also, I put two used washcloths in the floor (as instructed), and they did not replace them.

Better than expected. A large number of reviews rated the hotel a ¿10¿ with no comments. It appeared a financially motivated party had repeatedly give the high mark to boost the star rating. While the room was a bit dated, it was clean. Staff was nice.

If you are staying because breakfast is included in the cost, don¿t get too excited. It is the standard 2 star free breakfast. Maybe the weakest coffee I¿ve ever been served but there are Keurig machines in the room.

Parking was easy. Area felt safe. Decent location.

This hotel has seen better days and is ready for a major overhaul. The room was outdated, and the furniture heavily worn. I arrived for breakfast 45 minutes before breakfast ended, and the area was completely cleaned out. Won't stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed & speedy wifi.

The staff are very friendly, the hot breakfast in the morning were good, the area of the hotel is within my standards close by where me and my family had to travel.

Customer service was excellent. I arrived late past midnight for check in and the night staff was very helpful.

Cleanliness couldn¿t been a little better

Not much. This hotel was a little below Fairfield Inn standards. Bed was decent but not a restful stay at all.

Very noisy. You can hear every footstep from rooms above and next door. Doors slamming loudly and need to be adjusted.

Large walk-in shower...love it but, could have used hand held shower nozzle.

Shady character in lobby every time I went through. Also, there was orange mold on bottom of shower door. Very disappointed about breakfast being shutdown due to covid19....was not communicated to me prior to booking.

The hotel was great clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcome.

I did get a weird charge but the management are looking into it.

It was clean,the a/c worked well, and I got a text about 30 minutes after arriving making sure my room was up to my standards. Free breakfast was nice!

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was out of several items and the staff working that area was not refilling items. She did not clean up the area either. The countertops were dirty with waffle batter, trash, etc.

Staff extremely nice and helpful. Room clean. Good breakfast with variety.

The cleck at the front desk was absent when we arrived and took a couple of maintenance people to get him.

the bed was a little hard for my liking and there was slime in the coffee pot where you put the water in the back
