Pros +

The room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The courtyard and front lounging area are amazing! BEst place in Austin! We will stay here again

Cons -

If I had to find something bad about the Hotel is that, hotel employee has let its self go and the amount of homeless is destroying the beauty of the city. Where there use to be scenic green belts and parks there are now ratty tents and tons of trash.
