Pros +

  • Nothing. I won't be back.
  • Our room (on the second day) was fabulous, everything we expected.
  • Beautiful hotel with a restaurant, coffee bar and club. It also has a beautiful spacious 9 story giant atrium.

Cons -

  • Paid for a room with a view of atrium, and got a view of the dumpsters from the business next door.
  • We were disappointed we didn't get the room we paid for the first night, but Chyna worked with us (was nice enough to give us hotel credit for our stay) and it all worked out. No hard feelings.
  • I paid extra for free breakfast. When I got there, I found out I breakfast was not free. Instead I was told I was given a credit at a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. The credit covered half the cost of breakfast. This was very misleading.
