    Pros +

    • Nothing. I won't be back.
    • Our room (on the second day) was fabulous, everything we expected.
    • Beautiful hotel with a restaurant, coffee bar and club. It also has a beautiful spacious 9 story giant atrium.

    Cons -

    • Paid for a room with a view of atrium, and got a view of the dumpsters from the business next door.
    • We were disappointed we didn't get the room we paid for the first night, but Chyna worked with us (was nice enough to give us hotel credit for our stay) and it all worked out. No hard feelings.
    • I paid extra for free breakfast. When I got there, I found out I breakfast was not free. Instead I was told I was given a credit at a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. The credit covered half the cost of breakfast. This was very misleading.

    Location to restaurants and highways.

We did not get anything extra for staying there. No bellhop to take our bags and on top of the high price we had to pay $20 per day to park our car, which is a hidden cost and should be against the law.

    Convenience, cleanliness, and pleasant staff

Our room air conditioner was not heating so we called for assistance the first night. Maintenance worked and repaired this issue but the room did not seem to heat well, with cool air blowing out of the register for a while each time the AC was turned on.

The front desk gave me two room options, but did not disclose that one of them was an accessible room

    Paying for parking

    9CourtneyPosted on: 2-20-2024

The room and property is very clean and a great experience.

The property now charges for parking which is close to $20 and if you¿re not a Bonvoy member, they charge for WiFi (from $15-20) per day. Those additional charges can add up and give a slight illusion of the bargain price initially provided.

    Location, views, cleanliness

The main lobby area is very nice but due to the architecture of the hotel , the rooms overlooking the lobby are not comfortable. We could not sleep until 2 am when the party of people partying and talking and laughing loud left the area. I

    Comfortable rooms, location, friendly staff.

The location was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn¿t like that I have to pay $20 for parking overnight.

The hotel was very clean as was the surrounding, very impressed

I stayed at a super8 the night before this visit and I just cant figure out why an upscale hotel doesnt even offer complimentary coffee and Im not using any coffee pot or coffee in the room. Pay to park your car was a plus

The restaurant staff and Bartender very friendly , helpful and kind.

The first room we checked into smelled terrible , was very dark and was dirty. Staff did relocate us immediately. I was at Secretary of State training with 500+ attendees, most over 60 yrs old. There was no AED in hotel ,no first aid kit etc.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-4-2023

Customer service was quick to resolve our issue with the room assigned to us. Room look like someone was staying in it, but front desk quickly reassured us it was a room left un-done by housekeeping & had been mistakenly assigned to us. We were upgraded.

Dinner onsite at the restaurant was not as expected.

Great hotel staff when we checked in late, exhausted. Beautiful bar with casual live music and well staffed with servers. Super relaxing atmosphere.

    Nope, great experience.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-25-2023

The hotel is beautiful! The view from the room faces the lobby which is beautifully Decorated. The room was comfortable and I loved the bathing products available in the rooms.

I never found where I could buy coffee in the lobby .

    4PeterPosted on: 4-18-2023

    The size of it

Not worth the money no shower curtain and the floor was filthy

    10EricaPosted on: 3-21-2023

I love the area the hotel is located in. The Arboretum area has everything that you need.

It was 40 degrees outside and my room felt like 73 degrees. I couldn't get it to cool. But besides that everything was great.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-20-2023

Hotel was clean and location is great.

First my reservation was not found and I had to prove I had a reservation, then came the breakfast saga back and forth between the front desk firstly denying that I paid for the breakfast option. ended up with a $34 credit for breakfast.
